The staff is agile at their work, I would suggest the spa, at it’s cost could contain more of head massage. Rest everything is great and the overall customer centricity is worth praising!

Visited 2 days in a row to get a simple haircut but no staff was at outlet. Check before going at outlet their timings are misleading.

I have never had a worse experience than this salon. Every single time I visit the place, there is always waiting whether you take an appointment or not. The staff behaviour is not at all cooperating, they do not care a bit about customer’s time and preferences. They will promise you to wait for 30 minutes then 30 more minutes and eventually decline on one pretext or the other. The service of the hair dressers is also below than average. I would never suggest anyone to visit this salon.

A free suggestion guys.the name of the salon hardly matches with their experience. I had a bad experience, I have asked for multi layering.they cut my hair short with zero detailing.so, choose it wisely!

Best place for hair and skin. The staffs are so co-operative and well knowledged. They explains everything so patiently to the client and the service was very professional. Best salon according to me. Madhu gave the best facial and other treatments. The products used are high quality. If anyone planning for any beauty treatment shall visit this place. You will never come out unhappy. This place gives you the satisfaction completely.

This place has one of the most lousiest hairstylists ever! If you’re paying 400 to get a normal haircut, might as well get it done from your mother. Result would be more or less the same. No point of wasting your money.
Ps. This is the third time I’ve gotten my hair ruined at this place.

I was overwhelmed with my hair! I went to JH Lajpat for kera smooth but they recommended me smoothing with Botox which I mainly require straight look of my hair.

My experience was really amazing … and the staffs are very friendly so basically i did a facial and hair cut … the facial was of professional o3+ and that’s really amazing and i can clearly see the difference … the facial was done by Madhu and the hair cut was done by Sanjay… i am really happy with the services …

I had the most amazing experience at Jawed Habib especially the Lajpat Nagar one, The staff was so professional and the place was really clean as well and most importantly it smelled nice unlike other salons including some of the Jawed Habib's salons also.

I was attended by this really sweet woman, I don't remember her name but she has this white hair colour. I just loved her and she gave me the most amazing haircut.

But the best thing I liked about the place was the professionalism and behaviour of the women which is why I had such a good experience at Jawed Habib (Lajpat Nagar)

Got my hair cut here. The stylist paid a lot of attention to detail and was great overall. Got the exact cut I wanted! Highly recommend it!

It was a very good experience. I went there for root touch up and hair cutting. They provided very good service. Shubham was the hair expert who asked me how I wanted it cut or colour. Then he did everything so sincerely. I loved the way my hair came out.

The haircut was so good, The staff worked hard overthere but there was no prospectus / booklet for haircuts so customers have inconvenience in what type of hairstyle they want

Located on 1st floor, it gets a bit hard finding the name of Mr. Habib on billboard. Ask anyone on the entry gates of Central Market for Hira Sweets. The saloon is just beside them.
Coming to the services, it provides professional saloon services for unisex at nominal rates. Worth a try.

I visited there for blow dryer some time ago & I had to visit for a business meeting. See the pictures after 10 minutes once I reached home.
Everyone was surprised by seeing that it got more worst. I called them same time, shared the pictures on whatsapp but after seeing no response from your side. (msg attached).
Please don't waste your money there.
I must see Habibs franchisee salon service is terrible!
Very dirty, not at all hygienic as I visited there other salon also in same market & informed both the owners.
Habib's should not spoil their goodwill like this!

I am very disappointed with this brand I have done my keratin treatment two times that was the worst. They are having the worst staff they are not professionals specially Shohaib he took my number then suggested me some shampoo with some kind of dandruff scrub and from that time my hair fall is not stopping that is increasing too much he also told me to not to buy the shampoo from the salon, he told me to buy from another shop. I had the worst and worst experience with this kind of service.

I visited last week for keratin & just after one wash the hair is back with original texture & type. There is no changes in the hair quality, texture & shine. It's so regretting & pathetic experience for me. It just a waste of money on keratin. This happens either because they have not a good quality product.

I send them pictures as well & then they started arguing me on sampoo where I used sulpate free shampoo as they said. But there was no help & further support from habib.

Extremely sad. Not at all professional not customer centric. The guys were complete not groomed they we are speaking properly. Ac was not working. Salon I did not find hygiene.

Really pathetic experience. I felt as if if dealing with a bunch of ill mannered and illiterate people.

A guy named shoaib (who's apparently new here) was ill mannered and failed to understand what i wanted. And kept telling me this isn't possible that isn't possible and had zero skills and his attitude touched mount everest.

A guy sitting at the reception desk named ankit refused to hand over the feedback diary when asked and in arrogance told me to give feedback online if i wish to.

Giving one star because there is no option of minus rating. Worst hair cut of my life. I had to go back so that they could make the hair cut look presentable.

The staff is always in hurry to complete hair cut rather than customer satisfaction.
Hair wash as per their own choice and that without hair conditioner.
They must learn how to do hair wash of the customers first!
These guys need a lot to LEARN before landing in any salon.

The Lajpat JH is far far far better than Kalkaji JH. The lattter are a bunch of unprofessional barbers, who won't even be able to beat a local street barber.

Never ever visit this salon if you expect normal human decency as a part of customer service.

I have always been a constant visitor of various branches and never have I been treated with such arrogance.

I only asked if they could provide me with a temporary hair straightening service. I nowhere haggled for charges or time slot. I just made a query.

On top of it, when I asked the person to be polite, he replied with even more bitter tone.

It was so disappointing. I do not understand why basic human decency is such a treasured trait. It should be an intrinsic part of our daily conversations.
