Pathetic experience. The Manager named ALKA was ridiculously unprofessional. She did not have any product knowledge and was misleading me about the products. Highly disappointed with her behaviour and service.

Today i visited the salon after lockdown for my haircut and streaks. All staff members were wearing PPE kits with face covered with proper mask and eye shades. Everything was santized before and after its use like seats were santized, disposable sheets and towels were used. All necessary items used in salons like scissors, comb etc were santized right way after usage. Aditya (senior staff at the salon) is very professional and has good knowledge about hair products, styling etc. Preet (staff at the salon) was also very professional and used the belt arrangement for our threading to avoid mouth contact.
We thankyou for all your professional services and good wishes for your growth.
