Jaypee Vasant Continental - 5 Star Luxury Hotel in Delhi

This hotel is a proper example of fine dine and elite services. It was fun being there and i loved the ambience and service.

Jaypee Vasant Cont. Hotel is one of the luxurious hotel that i experienced. A very good ambience, very good and prompt services that attracted me.
Location is also very convenient to reach.
Overall, I give 5 star.

I stayed at the Jaypee Vasant for business in November 2022. The rooms were average - I was thankful to have a bed to rest each night. The rooms were no-frills though. The service at the hotel was good though which made up a bit for the room. There is a full service gym and spa on site along with a few restaurant/bar options. I really appreciated the location of the hotel though as it is located next door to a shopping area with a cinema, Starbucks, and local shops. That helped a lot to get out of the room after a long day of work. If you're looking for a straight-forward stay in a good location, give this hotel a look!

Fantastic ambience and very supportive staff. The quality of food and other amenities are superb. Location wise easily approachable. Rooms are very comfortable. Pleasant experience Must visit.

It is old but clean hotel. The banquets hold some events till late night and a little bit noisy and I still can hear that even I stay at the high floor. The washroom has some smell from the pipe. Hope the hotel could clean it properly asap. In general, it is a good hotel for short stay business travel.

It's a good 5 star hotel which is centrally located in vasant vihar in delhi. Here you can even arrange poolside parties and wedding ceremonies. Had visited the coffee shop and loved their hospitality and quick service. Gives you old world vibe.

Decent. Really nice place for weddings. But the rooms need renovation and the breakfast is only okay.

This hotel is so close to localities and has made our life a mess.

Decent hotel of small size. Lobby manager is not aware of mandatory covid protocol at igi Airport in connection with rt pcr and rapid pcr test being conducted st the airport before boarding the flight. Otherwise all good where food etc is concern.

I was here for my birthday staycation, chose this hotel after too much of thought and it turned out to be absolute surprise, everything from check in to check was awesome. Neat and clean rooms, awesome food. For sure will visit agai

Room was full of pungent smell.not good experience with hotel personnel. Too high cost wrt quality of room and too old furniture.

The staff was quite prompt and helpful. The place was beyond expectations in terms of ambience and comfort lodging. However, the only disappointment was the food. Breakfast buffet look stale, dry and mundane for a hotel of such high repute.

So, for the breakfast lovers out there, this isn't quite a place you'd enjoy it to your satisfaction.

We booked the entire place for a family member's Birthday celebration. The ambience, including music, decor, and of course, the food was excellent. Also the outer balcony for dinner service, only added to the entire effect

I took lunch here I felt that then lunch is is very overpriced as compared to the services provided by the hotel the most disgusting part is is the combination of veg and non veg menu all the items are put together so so it is very disgusting for a fully vegetarian like me also the hall is is very congested and the food items and desserts and salads are placed so close to each other that it it is is a little difficult to roam around and choose what you want to have

The place that I had the best buffet. I had attended an arbitration matter here which was managed by the hotel management diligently.

Went to attend a wedding the experience is tremendous but I am giving 4 stars as the market next to it having little low crowd at night

Location is very good. Now the Metro station is at stone's throw. Eating experience is excellent. One gets same five star food services but comparatively at much cheaper price. Staff of generally courteous. I was not a room occupying guests so can not comment on room quality and stay experience. But if you do stay, here you will enjoy excellent location. A bustling market with great shopping experience is right at the next door. Its close to the best malls in Delhi NCR. Transport is very conveniently available. Use Uber or Ola and avoid cabs arranged by Hotel that would be very expansive.

Booked a deluxe room with king-size bed for three days. Turned out they put me in a non-deluxe room with double bed. When pointed out, they changed me to a non-deluxe room with king-size bed. When pointed out again, they put me in a deluxe room with double bed. Very laid back attitude.

Also, they take close to 5K more money than the hotel charge in advance. Seems they don't trust their customers.

Prime location, next to the metro station, great ambience, great venue for professional events. The staff is very polite, understand and supportive. The management is very accommodating too.

They call it a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately doesn't meet its standard to get a 5 star rating. Untidy rooms, especially near the TV area. Service is poor. We were asking repeatedly calling room service for an oil sachet which they didn't bother to get it for 1 whole day. We asked for an extra bed, which they bought but cleaned the dust in the room itself in front of us. Absolute poor service. Some positives. Their gardens are well maintained. Security is good. Food was excellent. Neat swimming pool

EXCELLENT HOTEL AND STAY The gym Tamaya was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen at any business hotel with five treadmills, as well as plenty of free weights and machines. Every thing what any business traveller would need. Not to forget the impeccable service of the gym trainer, spa attendants and the smiling reception desk. They would always made sure to make my day.
I also cant speak highly enough about the service at this hotel. The attention to detail was incredible. Doors were held open for me every time I entered or exited the building, and there was always a doorman waiting to call the elevator up to the lobby or down to the ground floor for me so I didn’t even have to push a button.
What really impressed me, though, was the housekeeping staff. It wasn’t just that my clothes were folded every day when I came back or that they restocked water bottles, it was the little touches like these.
I didn’t have to call downstairs and ask anything ; housekeeping clearly noticed what I was using and restocked it in a convenient location for me. It was the same with the shampoo and body wash. I moved them from the shower to the bathtub one day, and when I came back there was a second set waiting in the shower so I wouldn’t have to exert the tremendous effort of carrying these tiny tubes two feet.

I had a hunch going into this stay that this property was way too nice to only be a Category 5 star business hotel. This hotel is a good value for money. Considering the prime location, fancy building and comfortable rooms, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It's a medium size hotel.only one small garden maintained. Its clean but not as clean as we expect from a five star hotel.the biggest dis advantage of the so called 5 star hotel is that they don't have a parking space.all the luxury cars are parked on the road.so one is always worried about there car.
Food is good.breakfast is also very nice.
One more thing to highlight is when I ordered hot milk for my kid, the bill they give Is for hot chocolate not for milk.will post the photo of bill.they say it's like this only.for one glass of milk they charge 329 rs.but on bill they write hot chocolate.

Hotel staff are kind and helpful. Everybody greets you with a smile. Lobby manager Rohit was very nice to offer me an early check-in to the hotel as the rooms were available upon my arrival after a tiring flight (without me asking for an early check-in). Rooms are nice and spacious. Food is delicious and have a good variety of choices. The area surrounding the hotel is nice with many restaurants, mini super markets (couple of them 24/7). The metro train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel (station name - Vasant Vihar). It's also about 30 minutes or lesser drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport.

The area for organising events is a mix of open and closed spaces. The lawn and the stage are not covered but spacious. The rates are quite high but negotiations are possible.

We went to the coffee shop there. The food is good and the ambience is great, especially when the musician started singing. His name is Mario (Hails from Goa) and he plays everyday except Mondays and Tuesdays. He is truly gifted and with him singing in the background you will surely have your spirits lifted.

Few back visited Tapas Barry with couple of friends. The furniture is very comfortable and the feelings are warm. We liked the ambience and enjoyed live matches on big screen. The cocktails served were delicious and Neeraj was very polite and courteous. Would surely visit the place again in near future.

It was very much awesome experience being there. Reception, rooms all were good but it's like more professional kinda attitude then social.

Nice place and awesome view of swiming pool from lobby area. Coffee shop, not so expensive and staff is friendly.

One of the oldest properties in prime location of Vasant Vihar in South Delhi with decent food outlets and Banqueting facilities with all services in place and a dedicated old team

Friendly and helpful staff. I was just picking and dropping off family who were staying there. It is one of Delhi's older five star hotels. I found the rooms quite comfortable and well lit.

The coffee shop is good place for meetings. Ambience is good. Location is superb. Parking is not a problem. Approachability is very good. Its adjoining vasant Vihar market.
