Worst experience ever.i have visited this showroom and met with Mohd. Mazhar Khan there. I have never seen a sales guy dealing with customer in their showroom so badly and rudly. He just lost a deal with me worth rs.one lakh for just a rs. 900/- helmet in just 2minutes and that too i was not asking to give free.i dont know how the owner of JB Honda recruite such a disgusting staf who do not have manners to treat their customers. I think the owner is having a very good nos.in sales figure or may be their business is going in a downflow due to these uneducated and arrogant employees.

Guys don't buy any vehicle from *JB HONDA*, if you have self respect.

My husband purchase activa 110cc metalic blue one year ago from here but in between we are facing issue in self start, seat lock, engine checking light continue on, hand lock issue etc.not a good product and poor response from him and his authorozed dealer.specially in Noida Prakash honda.

Exclusive dealer for Honda two wheelers. Good atmosphere, healthy conversation, nice behavior with staff. Only one thing they will make you feel like they are giving u discount however they will not give you a single discount. Get quotes from other stores before proceeding to showroom for your satisfaction.

What thing we didn't accept that customers respect.if we didn't get it.than we should same time tells to staff and manager for improvement.its work.

Never seen such a horrible place. Staffs are so undisciplined that even you can't be imagine that this the capital of our country. Saarik, one sales man (who think he is the owner of this showroom) because of him we leave this place and buy activa from another showroom.he is so rude and don't have basic knowledge of work.

Yesterday I had a very bad experience with this showroom.they are discriminate between customers. IN front of me an another customer was getting more benefits on the same product which I was want to buy.

Stupid Manager never buy any two wheeler from this dealership they don't have customer care they are just for sale useless service center all are chor just making customer fool

The staff here seems to be disinterested. They are not even willing to educate the customers about the product features. Otherwise this place offers the most competitive rates in the market.
