Overall experience was good.but the receptionist Jyoti was very useless.i mean reception is the place where you get all your queries solved but, She is just sitting over reception and talking on phone everytime, not responding to patients query.i don't know why such people are hired in such places where help is everything.she was not even interested in listening to queries.i want to ask hospital management is her only duty is to cut the bills. And that too unnecessary bills.i request management plz train your employees to help patients as no one is happy in roaming in hospital.

I've been going to Jeewan Nursing Home since 20+ years. After my recent procedure at the hospital I can happily say that their service, care, bedside manner even now is as good as it has been over the years. I was suggested to get a hysterectomy by several gynaecologists in South Delhi but when consulted Dr Meenakshi at Jeewan Nursing Home for the same problem, she followed the protocols and suggested different tests, etc that eventually led me to get a hysteroscopy and in turn saved my uterus from being removed. I am glad and thankful that I consulted with Dr Meenakshi, who is very experienced and also up to date. Her diagnosis excellent as always.

Average nursing home with price equal to Rainbow hospital. Terrible room. Hell for attendant. Not all equipment and accessories is available. In fact they don't even have provision for diapers/medicines after a certain hour. No parking. God help emergency cases.

She called before my surgery to see if I had any more questions, and he called several times after to see how I was doing and to update me on the results. She emphasized that I should feel free to contact her any time with any questions. Doctor Meenakshi Sabherwal is one of the best doctors I've come across. So supportive and understanding and perfect with her diagnoses. I had a major issue with holding my urine so she gave me the Emsella treatment. Im on my 6th session now and the difference its made is magical. Highly recommend the treatment for any women going through the same due to delivery, menopause or just a need to strengthen their pelvis floor.

My experience with Dr. Meenakshi was amazing! I came from Bangalore to Delhi for my delivery and started my consultation with her during my 7th month. Her availability for support at even odd hours during the night, her patience during the entire time of my delivery and the overall care provided at Jeevan Nursing Home is commendable. The entire team managing the post-delivery care for myself and my baby were very pleasant and helpful. Being hospitalized during COVID, our room was cleaned & sanitized multiple times during the day, with all staff members following proper safety protocols. There is no discrimination towards the cghs empanelled patients which I felt at the hospitals such as BLK. My wife had to go through C section n was discharged on 3rd day. Worst hospital, worst staff and worst response to emergency patients, no doctors and staff available in the emergency and even dont know the way to talk with the patients, I strongly suggest never visit this hospital. Government hospitals are better than this.
