So just wanted to share my own experience. I am in zomato ODM process and within around 2 and a half month i got pip and they extended the pip and now HR department is saying that i am not able to clear my pip so they are forcing me to mail them of resign without notice period which is completely wrong because i am not leaving their company they are removing me and they should mail me the same and they should also mention ATL (Ask to leave) and thats what i told the HR there but they clearly denied and disconnected the call in rage. I really hope it helps to someone who is finding some honest review.and also as i am working from home.they don't care if their servers are down or their systems crashes they call it your fault and you must complete 9.25 login hours. A company who do employee exploitation at it's peak.

One of my friend (with voice process exp of 3+ years) Give me an interview in this company having very, very bad interview process (Mr. Rahul Kushwaha), the interviewer didnt give the chance to fresher or experience people They'll make you wait for many hours. And the interview will just ended in one minute. The reason you are not qualified is communication. Certainly the communication is not an issue. The But the attitude of the interviewer is very bad.

Not an employee centric company nor you get any benefit to join it. Recruitment team (Mr. Rahul Kushwaha) is very bad as well as management

The learning opportunity you get here is the best.
The management is Assertive, data driven, therefore you get scored and recognised fairly.

Stupidity company only fool work here.

Good place to work for BPO sector. HR partners are not suppotive that much but their head and managers in the organization won't let you face any kind of issue. HR partners must be trained and guided to help the employees. Further, I had an amazing experience with the reqruitement and training team. Higher authorities on the place are totally concerned about their employees and get every issue sorted instantly except a few ones. Would like to work here.

Worst company now previously hired upto age 45.now they are hiring upto 30 age. Policies changed atleast it should not be done think about performance not age of person upto 45 age anyone is good for job. So many bad views reflect it.

Worst company, the working condition is very bad here as no one in company management is having basic respect & values for there employees.

When I'm joined this company and this company process Merchant Inbound Zomato or in training for 7 days, in 28 employees certification time only 10 employees certified, even some person don't know how to operate desktop or how to login window or even how to open lock window through crlt +alt + delt. If your company required new freshers, so why you hired experience person and why you are waisting our 7 days. During certification your company doing the partiality. Where are our certification feedback report. Your Moti Nagar company is such a phatic or uneducated company. In your company 2 person one is Parichay Chaudhary or Mohd. Sharik he taking the certification round and he selected only 10 people. What about those rest. They decertified without any intimation or feedback. There is a one trainer his name is Parichay Chaudhary he told the rest of the 18 people visit at office and completed your exist formality. Great what a such helpfull person or great seniors. Before certification they alredy selected 10 person, great what a prediction.

Worst company ever. Very rude and unprofessional management. The different department do not coordinate with each other.
It is definitely Not a place to work. HRs are not at all helpful. One of the hr Rupinder who hired my friend promised to provide cab facility as it was mandatory for girls to go in cabs after 8pm but no cab facility was availed for my friend as given the reason as she belong to a non- hiring zone which rupinder forgot to tell her even after she passed all tests. She was selected the very first day, wasted her entire week in training and in mock test, worked for a day and after that they made her go for resignation and serve the notice period for the mistake rupinder committed. No one apologised for what happened. They weren't even flexible enough to change her timings to day shift. Rupinder is very unprofessional and does not know how to respect a girl and treat a girl. She didn't not care that how will she go after her shift (1 am).
May be rupinder does not even care for her mother. This company appoints person like rupinder. Not a company one should go to earn.

Experience was fine enough, but work pressure was like out of the world! I left after Diwali last year without any notice as had some issues with health and also with their cab department (multiple times in row). TL and team was amazing, but they have their own favourites there. No matter how amazing you are working, even if once your scores get lower than their so called matrix, they gonna do their stuff. Shifts, a blunder!? Once, on Sunday I had worked till 4 am in morning and next day my shift was 11am in morning! As I was living far away, I had to stay there only as they could create scenes for late login. HR department is helpful but they are cocky as well. Who cares? ! Food is not pocket and health friendly at all. Most of my former teammates are working there as it's nearby west, north and central Delhi so it's easy for them to travel. Lastly, you can't make your customers happy until unless your own delights are not. Just focus on it instead of you everyday scores drama.

No work management is there. Also, everyday there would be some construction work is there in Jindals. Since past 5 months, I've been working there but the place seems to be without basic amenities. Canteen serves not at all good food. Make sure you are habitual of bad quality food and poor management before joining there.

Isse bekar company pure delhi ncr mai nhi hogi, pehle interview mai select kr lete iske baad phir training mai nikal deti hai most probly sbhi ke sath yhi hota h yha bahut hi bakar.

Domestic bpo. Do not expect much from the company. Attrition rate is high. They have a poor management, bad working conditions (hours), no leave on holidays. Taking leaves is like asking for their wealth. If you want to get tortured with the dictatorship. Then go ahead and join the company. The management does not entertain the people working for zomato process as their employees. No parking available. No proper break timings. No cleanliness. Canteen is just for name's sake. Other good company (Amazon, convergys, tcs, tech mahindra, Concentrix and many others) will not consider your experience of this company as no pf deduction is there which is a basic rule. So if you want to join for passing time, then feel free to join them. If you want to make a strong career base then please do think thrice or at least twice before joining.

3rd class management, TLs dont have the manners that how they should behave on the floor, they treat their employ like animals, if somebody wants to go to washroom then he has to taken the permission from TL, (Like School) and TL will say to wait for half an hour. Unprofessional management. Their policies are very bad. If somebody is late for 1 second then they mark half day for that 1 second. There was one associate who was hospitalized, TL said him on the call that you have to come to office today, otherwise dont come from tomorrow, he had some financially issues in his family and he came to office in that condition and fainted on the floor. Every month they deduct amount from the salary. If somebody is not feeling well and wants leave for that day, TL will pressurize him to come and if he is not able to come then TL will say that i will abscond you from the organization. I strongly recommend people not to join this organization. Its a wrost company i have ever seen in my life.

Basic hygiene is not proper in this company. If you enter their cafeteria you will feel like you want to vomit and food quality is also very bad. Now come to the work environment. You will be feel very presurised. They will pay you very little and ask for work that is beyond the working capacity of an individual. Managers are very rude here specially GAURAV GUPTA in merchant inbound is like a cancer for this company. If he will stay in this company for more time this company will get destructed. He doesn't know how to talk to people. His behaviour doest show that he has learnt basic etiquette in his life. He wants all his team members to be his chamcha. He will be good in front of you but talk dirty behind your back. His behaviour is super partial. He listen only to his good ones, others can go to hell according to him. I request to jindal's management to take strict action against him and teach him some basic etiquette so that he would know how to talk to people.

I really advice to never visit this place it's a wrost company I had ever seen before.my experience was very bad for this organisation, I recommend to you never ever go this place. This is fake company who doesn't care anything,

Well every organisation have positive or negative review, but jindal have only negative review because of the company management.i have seen they do not have proper lockers for bags and mobile phones.all the time seen bags on the floor.they should have proper lockers for employees.so it can save time and money as well, employees can manage their phone or bag.because every organisation have lockers facility for their employees.and this is only one time investment.every time guards check bags and arrange them it takes time and totally waste of time.this is 3rd class company in the world.they hire and fire policy even they do not give training amount to fire candidate.than why they hire.they have zomato process which is 3rd class policy 10hrs of login and 5.5 days shift.have you ever heard 5.5 days shift.chutiya company and chutiya management team.gwar logo ko lylyty hai.and jiski trainer sy achi bn jati hai usi ko hi rhkty hai.i suggest you ki yh 3rd class company jo join mt kro.find good company to work with.

They don't know how to talk
Especially all the HR they are egotistic. They don't behave well with you.
Cafeteria is dirty and the working staff is very rude.
Corporate world k nam ka majak banaya hua h. They put your bag in a corner, floors are not clean. Pipe is Leaking everywhere. Washroom is very smelly and dryer make noise like a train coming in your head.
And after all this still they are expecting much more from employee's.

Its ok if u are a fresher.but for experienced u will not be getting the salary as per your expectation

One of the worst company of my life.worst experience.don't join anybody.atmosphere bad, cab facility bad, cleanness bad, salary issue, managers.everything bad.strongly recommended don't work in this company.

My experience is too bad related to jindals.i was hired for zomato merchant inbound process and after the training of 4-5 days they took our test and after that they said you are not selected.whats that.in 4-5 days no one can become expert in the process.don't join jindals

Becoz they will hire you at interview but will fired after giving only 4-5 days training.

Very bad to work here, Quit in 3 months since salary deductions. Infrastructure is awesome but the HR Management is lazy, Inactive and unfriendly. Huge pressure and workload, 10 and 30 hours shifts has made the work hectic. Leave policy is bad and ZERO percent Employ friendly. AT THE END EMPLOYEE SUFFERS ALL THE WAYS. ALWAYS THINK OF LONG TERM GOALS RATHER RUINING YOUR CAREER LOOK FOR BETTER OPPORTUNITIES.

Do this job because they want 100% correction in every task. They waste your time. Don't go there. Even i don't want to give a star to this company and their staff.

Bad impressionsThey do not want genuine employees who really work. They only want employees who are just smart in fooling. They have cameras installed on every floor but I am sure they never looked the recording If they have ever looked the recording The good employees would have never leaves the organisation.i have date & time to show.

This is the worst company i have ever seen. This company doesn't pay salary to the employees, employees are mentally harassed here. Working with jindal is like a curse. I will never suggest anyone to join this company rather i will aware people not to join this. Jindal exploits.

It is basically a BPO and this company deals in US healthcare and this company is a multinational company. If you are quite skilled person then you can try applying for a job in this company and this is a worth staying for a long time good luck.

I strongly recommend people not to join this company. This company treats its employee in a very bad manner. HR and operations both teams are highly incompetent. They can't even release the salary on time, which is the basic requirement. I am writing this on behalf of someone who really faced challenges. This company does not even deserve one star. Very sad.

Company is awesome.nice place for a beginner. I have personally learnt a lot from my seniors. MR Gaurav in HR and Mr Harish Rawat in quality are highly professional and a nice human being. Mr biwa and Ms Ashima in operations are assertive and helpful. I enjoyed my tenure in Jindal and learnt a lot from everyone.

They don't pay on time, have worthless HRs. I resigned properly and yet they haven't paid the due 15k

Not even worth 1 star rating. Everyone is hr there. No managenman at all. Salary so less and for it so long time. 3 rounds for this non sense company not worth it. My advice Never ever waste your time there
