Very poor service, on the day of payment and verification, the representative came within 1 hr. But then started the real ordeal. The installation guy sent a request on his own stating that device on the pole is not working whereas he actually sent a request stating that i have postponed the installation. Still waiting for last 2 days for installation to happen, no one is picking calls.this happened with me in safdarjung enclave b2 block. Extremely unprofessional and poor service.

I am very much satisfied with jio fiber it's amazing i am using jio fiber and speed is very fast ott content amazing like Amazon prime, alt balaji etc. Overall value for money and I suggest to all of you for jio fiber.
