I had ordered for two items on 23 may 2023 and they delivered only one item after knowing this i called their helpline they said its your fault you had to check before giving the OTP and refuse to help me more over after trying so many times i got know that they are not responding on my calls infact from my side call is not reachable only voice recording messages fraud company

3rd class services given a Jiomart now.
Bulk order never deliverd always returns or showing technical issue many times loadgr complaint but never give. A satisfaction resolution from Cs team

Almost most of the times they miss items from their order and have to talk with customer support everytime for money and support

Competitive prices and bargains. Very efficient automated customer service. Good range of products with free delivery options. All in all Satisfied.

I have been complaining for a return of my defected iron of morphy richards, but no one is attending it and solving it. I have been cheated. Please don't believe in jio mart. Only Amazon is most reliable.they give prior

They are thieves. Ordered groceries through JioMart app, which in turn dispatched from their store/warehouse but never reached my place. The order showed delivered but I never got the items. Nobody helped. I lost my money and time.

Jio mart delivery one of the worst service ever.
I order some item on 6/7/2022 order placed and date of delivery show me 8/7/2022 but my order didn't not received and no response from jio mart customer care.
I called to warehouse the delivery boy Mr. Jai said that your order not deliver as on date and he denied my order.
I write a mail to customers support but they don't respond me only send me a system generated mail, your order will be delivered end of the day.

Very poor and unresponsive customer care. Been a month waiting for refund.sometimes they say it will be done within 7 days.or 48 hrs and other times they have delivered the item. Really annoyed and frustrated.fraud company.

Quality of fruits and veges is substandard every time no value for price charged one has to waste time with lodging complaints for other products it is still fine

I am using Jiomart since it started. Service was good and delivery was impressive even in lockdowns in Delhi. But from few Orders they have started delaying the deliveries from their expected date not once but many times. Return process is very bad. I have contacted customer care various times but their response doesn't solved my problem.

Worst experience with this company. They didn't deliver items till 7 days of order and then cancelled my order on their own. Grofers is best and give services on time unlike these fraudsters.

Very poor afford. Don't buy any groceries items from this platform. It'll always make you fool and never give items on the time.

Jiomart is deef and dumb organisation. Their employees sitting at customer care unable to understand Class 4th english.
Their reply is irrelevant and never to the question raised by customer. They are doing partial treatment with Delhi customers. All discount offers are only for mumbai and Gujrat customers.

There is no telephone number where customer could callup with a person

The only plus point for Jio mart is that currently there is no minimum order restriction for free delivery.

Otherwise it is worst of all the online grocery platforms like Big Basket, Amazon pantry, Flipkart, Flipkart Quick, Amazon Fresh.

In jio mart:

There is no gaurantee that you will get all the items you have ordered.
There is no gaurantee that you will get your order on the date mentioned at the time of placing the order.
There is no time slot to choose for delivery.
Most of the time fruit and vegetables delivered are of poor quality.
No instant resolution of complaints.
Paneer, dahi, groceries etc all delivered in in single polythene bag at room (van) temperature.
There are so many problems in Jio Mart app.
I have experienced all the above myself. Just two pics of spongegard and watermelon from my last order.

It's been over a month, Jiomart is not giving my refund back, first they were saying that wait for 7 days now they say wait for 48hours and your money will be immediately tranfer to your wallet and you don't need to call back. And again I call after waiting 3 days and they have same reply wait for 48 hr. Like now it's over a month damn. Such a fraud

I moved from another service provider to Jio, but I think I made a big mistake.

They keep delaying the orders. After accepting, they cancel.on their own. Do not have any window for delivery and the quality of product has also gone down

Rotten Banana, rotten mangoes, rotten Amla with dripping water and very poor quality brinjal. I’m disgusted with the quality of vegetables such a named company can provide.
