Jio Store

Executive was Very Rude & Arrogant. I think I have ask him to do his Job when he was busy watching Instagram Reels at his Work Table. I really need to literally force him to help me out. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Very rude staff! They seem like goons and not store staff! Dont waste your time on this store go to another one!

Not a very helpful experience honestly. The store doesn't always have a stock of sim cards, and you'd have to visit it someday again if you need one. I'd recommend you rather visit the Reliance Retail outlets in Saket or Select Citywalk Mall. Also, they usually don't pick up calls!

Decent store but policies of jio mobile reek of fascism. By forcing customers to come in board as post paid consumers and then making it hard for them to convert to pre paid.
1. Has to be done in the same state. Why?
2. Not accepting documentation from Digilocker.
3. Not allowing conversion on line.
4. Not allowing consumers to subscribe to economical plans by not offering then in store.
Basically relying on the consumer base's illiteracy leading to inability to do online management of account to fleece them.
Well done.

Went for my E-sim installation. The staff was very friendly and my work done very effortlessly within 10 minutes, which is very very impressive.even I went in lunch break time.but They took it seriously. Also the place was not crowded. If you want to quick work done you should go there.

Worst experience.they treat as if they are doing a favour on you by doing their job. Limited knowledge and ample attitude

I have lost my sim I am resquest in my jio but I haven't got a call from jio customer care

Good store overall. But I faced a little bit problem to park my vehicle outside the shop because of it's location at congested place.otherwise it is good.

Be very careful when buying sim or phone from here. For a Rs. 1000 Jio Phone, they will add extra warranty without asking you. Make sure that you ask for a bill.

Multiple visits required for single job. More employees than customers but still lag timely delivery of services.

Shop in market of sector 8. Great support staff. I went here to buy jio phone. Earlier one gone in inoperative mode. So they sorted out gently. The paji was excellent in his behavior.
