Helpful staff is the biggest PLUS of this store. They did all to help me, possible and guided me to the other location where I could resolve my issue.

Staff is helpful I went there to convert my sim from prepaid to postpaid, it took hardly 10min and my work was done

This store has multiple services like new jio sim, mobile number portability and new handset selling as well. All the staff are good. The have wide range of jio mobile handsets. All jio mobile and sim card related jobs can be done here. It is on the road. If you visit by two wheeler then there is no issue of parking but if you come vide four wheeler please be aware of parking as the store are has no parking lot. You have to park your vehicle on road and as the road is crowded all the time so be cautious before parking on road at your risk. Over all store experience is good shall recommend to others. Thums up.

Jio Network is Better to Vi and competing with Airtel. To my information and experience Jio Network is better.

But somehow its' products are not working properly. Network is better but the products.

I visited regarding network issues but the executive there not shared the right thing. He told me that he had set required setting and issues are no more. But in fact, issues are still existing. Jio care has confirmed that there are issues in some areas.

Staff is very rude, specially the ssnior, doing unethical practices, purchased jiofi 2 with 448 plan they charged me 1000 more and provided me a wrong bill, then I looked at the bill which came on my email, there was a difference of 1000+, I went there for refund and came to know that in my offer a power bank was also clubbed and they never informed me about that when I asked for refund for the difference of the actual amount than for what they billed me the store manager to whome everone in ther store call sir started quarreling with me and, after a long discussion he offered me a refund for 1000 and threatened me that he will make sure that I won't get the promosed 4 momths plan, is this the way you deal with your customers?

Your were making fool of us by hiding the offer and its my 3rd visit to store when I came to know that there was a power bank included in my order, atleast be faithful to the people who are feeling you and helping you to get your bread and butter.

If they make any changes with my plan I will write to managing director about the whole scenerio. This is unacceptable.

Uneducated staff, took 3 visit for convert postpaid to prepaid and still not done. No proper support

Once I visited, received very rough behavior. And nowadays if we visit in this Area, In Aargya Setu app alerts as "Under Risk" and it remain for 2 weeks.

Very very very very bad service plus no one is able to support you. Cant contact them my no is blocked and i don't know why they are doing such things again and again.don't go for this network.plzzzzz

This is one of the pathetic store of west Delhi and specially staffs are the worst one and don’t have manners to speak with customers, they are very often to use abusive words in front from female staffs and customers.

Phone sell karne ka time subah 10am to 11 pm or complain or koi bhi problem ho product ya sim main uska time 3pm to 6pm

Pathetic not an actual reliance jio store, somebody putted some signage and boards of Jio, its a local shop. Don't waste time there.

I lost my jio sim so I went their and my work was done is 2 minutes and sim was activated in half hour.

The staff had a little lackadaisical attitude. Didn't show much interest in interacting with customers.

The guy who open this shop is the one who is doing all the things and he is responsible for all the incidences and he is the one who manages counter as well.

I have already raised a strict compliant against this store and this guy.
Waiting for positive resolution otherwise I will take action via government body.

Highly mismanaged, bunch of careless attitude employees & I wouldn't complain however as I understand their mental status of being keep doing the same thing everyday.
But they must know that this attitude would take them anywhere in life!

Suggest to include few lady staffs.
