Very bad services 2 days to continuesly delay convert to e sim and bad behaviour all staffs

Such a rude and arrogant staff not at all interested to tell anything properly and very disinterested, very bad experience

Really bad service. Don’t even know how to deal with the customers. Don’t have proper information about connections. Really Rude staff. Bad experience didnt even resolve the issues.

It is useless to go here, they do not have time to talk to the guest. When you go, there is some problem, here only calls are sent, there is no help for the guest. The staff here are busy with their phones only. They don't have time to talk to the customers.

Only one negative point for this jio store is staff are not well mannered. Busy in their phone. They don't care about customers.

They don't want to serve the customers and so they speak rudely to everyone comes to the Store

Great staff, very helpful. Lost my number and my Aadhaar biometrics were locked. They helped me in every possible manner to get my issue resolved. You have options to buy phones and mobile accesories from different brands. Have multiple payment options as well. Walking distance from Dashrathpuri Metro Station.

Went to get my lost sim in this store but they they have no time to resolve my issue.every time the same thing server is not working. Poor service.

Ghatia service today visited this store twice for sim replacement but they don't have any replacement sim available. Every one seems busy on their own. Staff needs training even manager is busy in chit chatting with girl. He don't know how to handle the customer. I will never visit this store again.

Sim was not working properly, I vist store to replace the sim

1st visit- they told me to bring ur old sim

2nd visit- their server was not working

3rd visit- they make some changes in my phone settings and told me that the problem is in ph setting not in sim. They assure me now there is no problem (why u did not check the same thing in 2nd visit) after that problem was not solved.

4th visit (in rain on bike) - server was not working, Monday ana and such type of other excuses. After a lot of argument with them they agree to replace the sim. They ask me for ID (aadhar) I show them softcopy in phone (as I show, when I purchase the sim) then they ask for physical ID I provide them licence (DL) PAN CARD, and my office ID too in hardcopy original. But they told me to provide aadharcard, voter ID, or passport in original.

They told me straight forward 'new sim jitni chahiye abhi lelo, softcopy I'd se, home delivery bhi ho jayegi'

I am going to port my number after this type of after sell service.

I had worst experience with these people. Very unprofessional staff I ever came across with.
For past one week I was going to their store for replacement sim but everyday they say the same thing "Sim wala nahi aaya, stock nahi he"
I asked for their phone number so that I can check prior visiting but nobody pickup phone as well.
Don't know if some supervisor is monitoring them or not but that's very unprofessional.

Employees at store r not updated with latest offers provided by jio. They r not aware of Jiofi offer launched on 15th august. When I showed the offer on online portal, they still said they are not aware.

Because of Covid i had to wait a little.i went there to port my sim.there service are good, The showroom is very clean

I went this place to purchase wi fi dongle but they offer me other items to purchase as package. I purchased sim only and booked dongle online

Shop was opened but we were told by a staff it is closed. Time was 1945hrs. After 15mins I again crossed the said area and noticed total 03 persons were inside the store. NOT recommended to friends and relatives.

Co operative and helpful staff. Fantastic experience in the store. Also they are maintaining the social distancing religiously.

I don't want to say anything wrong about Jio Company but my experience with the staff of this shop is very Bad I have bought a basic Jio phone (Rs1500) from this store there was already a Sim inside this phone but they guys told me about this Sim this is not a Sim this is only demo Sim they advise me purchase a new Sim I have purchased new Sim with extra amount and also recharge it with some extra amount after 15 days I have purchased one other same Jio phone from other shop they give me same phone on same amount Rs 1500 they told me the Sim inside of this phone is ok to use free unlimited talk time for 6 month and 500 mb data every data. They are froud guys in this shop do not purchase any thing from this shop.

Stock is less. Staff makes false commitments due to which I have suffered a loss of INR 5000. Don't buy anything from here.

Thieves and fake people. They are bringing the Sales experience to new lows especially the store manager and his bald companion. Don't buy anything from this store. It's a cautionary note and you should not blame almighty if you fall prey to these human predators.

A well organised store with courteous staff who attend to customers promptly and with a smile. A Pleasant experience.

Not so helpful staff, the main desk doesn't bother to conduct the customers. Looks like full jio speed is used up at the main desk mobile itself.
