I want to express a big concern, I am not happy with the service, please look into the matter, I will definitely post this issue on social media further. The way your service executive treated me was absolutely respectful.
I purchased the Passion Pro bike in 2020 and after purchase of 6 months I have changed the 1 shoker, battery, bike lock, and throttle body and now I have some major problems in bike and I have run the bike of 12000 km only. When I goes for the service of bike the service center authorised person changes the parts of engine. The have never seen worst service in my life yet.
I have been getting my bike serviced at the service center, but I am very sorry to inform that they do not fix the bike problem at once, to fix a problem, many times one has to go to the service center, if Even if the complaint is corrected, day after day the same problem comes, and more money is also taken.
Very polite staff finance process took little bit time but yes they are very supportive some petrol related issues occured people were complaining that when I picked the bike fuel was very low as compared to previously when I left it here for servicing.
Lethargic behaviour and unresponsive for those who service here within insurance.the guy suggested me to keep the vehicle 15-25 days, then he will make a call and also asked me to bring cancelled cheque. I didn't understand their interests.
I gave rating 2 because sometimes they do mischief with you by adding extra rupees in your bill when you come for service of the bike. They deliberately add nitrogen gas charges in spite of you said not to add it. And one more important thing sometime they don't pour engine oil so plz guys check the oil box before leaving the workshop
