I like this flat and this house interiar is very nice all flats are near by metro and videos are very helpfull and great

One of the worst experience we had with JMD Builder post possesion. 1. Finishing was done, I had to clean it myself and wasted 3 additional days to clean up the mess. As per them the person was not available. 2. Lights are of poor quality, it's been a months I asked them to replace the light however I am still waiting for the electrician to come and fix it up. 3. I was promised that post possession windows will be painted but no sign of that as well. Funny thing is they said painters will visit another flat in the same building by then they will complete the pendency but when I asked them the paint is done and everything is completed in other flat why am I still waiting, to that they said" sir aapko yaad dilana chaiye tha". 4. Finally comming to bathroom, In one of the bathroom there is no slope for water to drain hence we cannot take shower in that bathroom. For this as well they confirmed that they will replace the tiles but again it's been 5 months and no news when it's gonna happen. Even the floor tiles and wall tiles are not fitted properly.

Glad to get interacted with JMD builders, got some good deals too and hopefully will get one of them mature in coming days.

Unresponsive unprofessional and rude behaviour. Would never suggest anyone to go for this builder.
If you are still good mg go ahead with your own risk

Very poor construction quality and finishing
False promise in terms of delivery of projects.
I never suggest to buy your dream home from JMD
