Jodisearch Matrimonial (Vijit Kumar Mittal)

Hi. I have been enrolled with them for more than a year now and it has been a horrible experience.

They approached us promising that they’ll provide different profiles and better results but once the payment was done all i ever got were repeated profiles with no criteria matching.

Mrs sakshi, whose the leading match maker in this company stopped taking our calls. We had to visit the office and highlight the number of profiles they sent repeatedly for which we were promised that it wont happen but yet no results

The problem here is:
1. They do not have profiles hence they keep pushing for the ones that dont match or send repeated ones
2. Zero coordination and understanding of requirements.
3. No response from any of the team members
4.1-2 profiles sent in 3 months.
5. No meetings are conducted with any if the chosen profiles

We were scammed with no consideration even after visiting and requesting them multiple times.
This is a first hand experience and it just makes you not believe in the bureaus anymore.

Pathetic services, very unprofessional bureau. They will collect money and forget about it. They don't follow up, no co-ordination. Need to follow up on your own. Fraud matrimonial bureau.

We got enrolled with the assurance from Mr Vikas and Mr Kunal that they have plenty of profiles matching our criteria but unfortunately it was just a mere sales pitch. Have been trying to reach them for last 5 months, neither they answer the call nor they call back. I had dropped an email to their director as well (Mr. Mittal), even he didn't get back.

It has just been a waste of time and money for us, In 10 months they have not been able to arrange any meeting and no profiles matching the criteria. Occasionally their coordinator answers the call but she makes lame excuses.

Further they send profiles which are not even close to our requirement. They make huge commitments but they have nothing with them.

I m searching for good matrimonial site. One of my friend suggest me for the Jodi search. I had a great experience with them. Very bad service. They refuse to pick up the call. Never call back or share any profiles. After taking the money they have just forgotten us. Don't waste your money with them.

Hello everybody let me tell you all DO NOT DEAL or get manipulated by these people specially MR kunal who will be after you like anything untill you pay money they will show you big dreams. But once you pay them money trust me they will never answer your calls its a SCAM and they just play with emotions and waste your precious time. I am not a hater i have got nothing to do but i am also a victim and would not disclose my identity let them have my money. I believe in karma they will
Eventually pay for it. But all the good and 5 star ratings are done by there people so do not fall for it. BIG NO to them

Went there for my cousin, we are very satisfied with their services. They show only what's suits you don't show profiles in bulk. For the first time I have seen such a big matrimonial office with so many employees working in system. I must say being professional they do give personal touch they visit you, be there at your meeting, invite you to their office for profile discussion and many more.
I must say their VIJIT MITTAL has worked really hard to provide authentic and transparent services.

They just keep changing there rented buldings from lajpat nagar to south ex and they think there image will be clear with new office and address. All the positive reviews here are from there friends and family no one will have any record of registration.

Same old Lajpat nagar branch with same staff. I beg and plead please dont pay a single penny to them. These guys are big cheats and fraudsters. They dont care after taking your money. They hardly share any profiles. They like to play with your sons/daughter future. They will lure you by showing you good profiles. Once they receive your money they wont bother to take your calls. Word of caution - PLEASE STAY AWAY.

All these people who have given good rating are own employees of jodisearch. I wish i had an option of giving no star.
