Sincere expert advice. Nice, courteous dealing with customer. They are very specialized in luxury watches therefore expensive but atleast, they don’t fleece customers & know what they are doing.

Recently bought watch from here for my fiance's birthday love the collection. They have a huge range of every range. Must visit if you are planning for watch.

I usually do not write reviews but this was worth the mention, walked in after reading reviews of various similar Tissot boutiques, Kapoors had the worst review so decided to visit these guys.

I must say, exemplary efficiency, by the time I finished a glass of water, the battery for the watch was changed and returned, that too cost effectively.

Now, most other stores pester you for service, usually costing Rs. 10k but here I was asked just once to which when refused, were polite still.

I went there for a vintage photo watch repair. All other shops in CP denied to repair it as they didn't have required equipments and battery.
My watch had chemical leak from battery as it was kept in shelf from long time.
4-star because they were not able to remove chemical leak from dial

The best watch store in delhi I guess! I am just amazed when I see the type of collection they have at the store! Unlike other stores who try to sell their products through catalogue these guys do some serious business here.kudos to Mr. Anil Madan & Mr. Ankit Madan for the marvelous display and their warm hospitality everytime someone visits their store.

Very bad service, can't trust them to handle expensive watches right.i have a perfectly good watch ruined solely due to their negligence towards the article and was shocked with their unprofessional approach towards the matter when they decided to give it back without conveying that a damage had been incurred at their hands.

One of the very very oldest and renowned outlets for international branded watches. There products are genuine and authentic. After sales service is good too. The staff is very helpful. They stock up from cheapest to the luxurious pieces depending on how much you want to spend on such accessories. They have separate shops divided on the basis of price range. A little discounts can be expected if you have that zeal. However they lack in stocking up latest designed pieces from many of the renowned brands but you will definitely get the popular makes.

Terrible customer service. Very Rude Executives. They kept my watch for over a month to repair and did not repair it. I called them every two days and they could never give me a status on my watch. I eventually asked them to simply return it to me and even that they were not certain about when I could pick it up. I call everyday and they say that they will check and get back to me on when I can pick it up. I would never recommend this place to anybody. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because zero is not an option.
