Stay away from these guys. First of all they don't have 95% of the products they list as a distributor and on top of it they are abusive, arrogant & have a very poor attitude. I now seriously doubt the kind of companies who appointed them as their distributor for one that they neither know anything about their products nor deserve to be in this business in the first place. Their so called technical experts cannot even tell you what products will work for your requirement especially when you call them because they boast of providing enterprise grade networking products. The tech guys kept excusing themselves by saying they dont know about this product so other person will be in touch. Moreover, when you ask the sales guy for an info, you have to chase them several times. The sales guy santosh gupta keeps disconnecting your call to tell you that he is busy with other meetings and then don't even return the call. On expressing dissatisfaction over email he goes on to say - "Now it is up to you to further deal with us or not". When i said this response was inappropriate & I am done dealing with them, their proprietor Gyan Prakash returned an email & went on to the extent of saying how many units have you bought first that we should talk to someone who is only talking big but have not bought anything. He then further went to the extent of abusing over a series of emails that shows the culture they breed. Absolute low life kind of people. They first don't know how to communicate or deal with a potential customer and then expect that customer should oblige them by placing a large order first to appease them & get their attention. This is the height of arrogance and pathetic attitude. Sore losers. It appears they dont need any more business. You can see from the response below that they have problems attending customer phone calls. One open lie is that they provided support to me for 3-4 months? Really. Fact is that I only made product enquiries as there were 2-3 different requirements - 2 of which also needed site surveys & installation in Delhi itself and there was no budget constraints either because the sales guy clearly knew my current home network which I intended to upgrade itself is well over 40K. I never bought anything from these guys & thank god that their true colors came out immediately. With only 4-5 calls and 2-3 emails in just 1 month of dealing & making product enquiries with them, they are already behaving as if the whole company was on its toes working for me 24x7 & that they have no more patience left since I haven't placed an order. When I sent a polite email expressing dissatisfaction for lack of communication, they started bullying & abusing me. I mean seriously? They are selling network products for 10-15K and there over 100s of such companies selling the very same set of products already but look at their arrogance - its simply laughable. Despite their lack of interests shown post my 2nd call with them, i still gave them two good opportunities. Absolutely rubbish kind of people with totally cheap mentality & shameless behavior. All abuses hurled at them well deserved.
