This cozy and cute restaurant is one of my new favourites.

The ambiance is very nice and has a good vibe to it. Both the inside and outside seating has its own unique charm to it.
Good place to hang out with friends or go on a date.
The staff is very friendly and hospitable.
The food there is delicious.
Must try their hot chocolate. They also have lactose free options.
Would definitely visit them again.

I stopped by this cafe with a few of my friends, as we had wished to visit it for quite a bit. The food itself was not something we sampled as we were primarily motivated by our sweet tooths, and boy oh boy did this place deliver. We sampled several deserts, such as the seasonal cheesecake, the special hot chocolates as well as the dessert martini. The food was a little too sweet for my taste, however the portion sizes and the overall presentation were exquisite.

Insofar as the ambience is concerned, we definitely got cozy after work cafe vibes from this place and it seemed like that was the sort of crowd that frequents it. I'd suggest stopping by here after having your primary meal to satisfy your sugar cravings.

Awful taste dessert was not good, felt it was not fresh and had a pungent smell, the pasta was tasteless.

I like this place only because of less crowd. This place is definitely gives aesthetic vibes.
There is a seating area outside as well as inside. This cafe has chill-out vibes that will make you feel very comfortable.
Overall a good place to hang out with friends, students, casual meet and dates.

Some issues: the food was very basic and prices are a bit on the higher side. I personally do not like the service.

Jugmug thela is a awesome place. When you enter this cafe you feel comfortable and peace. Superb food and drinks. Must visit if you are with your special one.

Food n service was apt though the chai in the end was literally diluted while the staff mentioned that they do not add water at all. May be they used skinned milk.

Very good ambience with pleasant vibes. Veg food is more tasty and yum then non veg. One should try veg and chicken momos specially, both are amazing. Service is good and on time.

This cafe won't disappoint you. It's a wonderful place to sit and have quick bites along with some really nice hot and cold beverages. Nice place for small family outing, friends gathering, dates, this cafe has chill-out vibes which will make you feel comfortable. You can read, eat and drink your favourite beverage at the same time. Nicely decorated, it has both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangement as per your choice.

The pizza was perfect and the beverages were mind blowing.

The staff is cooperative. Momos and pizza were ok, and peri peri fries were good. Overall a nice place if you are going for open restaurant.

This jug mug thela is proving high priced with taste less fancy food that is pathetic. I was ordered a pineapple cake with icecream and some other dishes. Christmas wala cake us vanilla icecream wahhhh and it's, 220 bucks.nd taste was nothing all food look like delicious and tamptiing and taste was pure pede barbadd ****

It was really nice place. Food was good no doubt about that.
Also, the interior was also nice. They have a little place at the back where you can sit under a tree and feel connected with nature.
Small pots are everywhere and and and a small but beautiful library is also there inside the thela.
Book lovers can read library, smokers can smoke at the back.
Loved it.
Staff was also nice.:)

It was an amazing place. Food could be better but the vibes make everything worth.
Besides, you can find some really really good books there. They have a very good collection of books.

Nice Cafe - the pizza was delicious. The outside sitting was amazing due to the weather today - it was drizzling on and off. The service was good too.

Chilled out.popular among the young, attractive place for all ages to spend some relaxed time with or without friends. Food is fab, staff is cordial and respects privacy. Ample parking space.

Nice ambience, tasty food but poor service. Had to wait 45 mins for one pizza. And the waiters were never there, I wanted one more soda but ended up loosing my appetite for it. And if you are planning to sit in the open seating area, wear covered clothes because there are hell lot of mosquitoes.

Very nice and cozy for everyone like family, friends or couples, the foos quality is very good according to its price, bit too expensive, u will get each item from inbetween 150-250 ️

Amazing experience at this beautiful cafe. I found this cafe one of the most happening among all others in champa gali. Good food, lit ambience, satisfactory staff service. Only the sad part was that we have to wait for around half an hour to get our table.so you can get an idea.how lit this place is.always housefull!

Always wanted to visit this place. But I'm so disappointed with the service. Food is amazing, ambience is amazing but service is very bad. They need to be quick and more politely towards the customers. We ordered so many items like margherita pizza, garlic cheese bread, chicken and cheese momos, jalapeno cheese poppers, iced coffee, fries and few mocktails. Everything was super tasty. Quality and quantity of the food was good too. It's budget friendly.

Staff was very slow.
But Ac was not working, wouldn't recommend on hot and humid day.

This place has been an all time favourite but post lockdown the experience was not as good as it was on my previous visits. The air conditioning was not working and we were literally sweating like anything. The mint ice tea was good but other than that the food was okaish. Would not recommended to visit on a hot and humid day for sure.

The place is really amazing!
Best time to visit is around 6 PM as you would enjoy the changing view from daylight to night, which is amazing.
Didn't give five starts as I didn't like the food much.

Pasta was good but carrot and raisins cake was basically gajar ka halwa with basic add-ons to it.
Place was good for date my overall experience was good.

It's good.

But there is common toilet and it's not clean at all. Hygiene should be there. If you go for open side the bees will eat food with you. There should be thin net or mosquitoes racket.
