I would highly recommend them. The coordination was well managed and the quality was good.
They make sure that your special moments are celebrated and good memories are made.

There were a few loop holes here and there like the mist fan wasn’t working properly and the couple had to shift their dinner inside the hotel. It was pretty humid. Also, the curtains of the set up were not that clean. But that was manageable. May be Hyatt should look into it.

The set up looked beautiful and the dinner was yummy.

Overall an amazing experience. Planned a poolside but it was raining but they managed to keep it same for us inside (sitting area). Private butler was very humble and food was amazing. Slow music, good ambience and top of it was raining which made it way good.

Have gotten decor from them twice.
First at Valentines day, and they did such a lovely canopy and it was just like I had always wanted. So so pretty.
And second time got christmas decor done.

They plan perfectly romantic surprises in no time. I was planning a post valentine date for my husband and there they were for the rescue, highly cooperative staff. To be honest I was a bit scared on how it’ll turn out to be but it was just great. Few minute details such as light music was missing but everything else was just fine. Food was decent, services were great. Highly recommended

The proposal set up went very smoothly and it looked beautiful! Mr. Sumit was really supportive and he managed everything well. My fiancée loved the proposal set up. The lights and the fireworks were like a cherry on the cake. Surely planning more surprises with them ahead.

He patiently listened and acted upon all thr last minute changes. What I loved the most was the decor. Kriti did a fab job with the decor.
