Worst service center. Bought Midea Chimney and waiting for more than a week to get it installed.the Agency owner stop picking calls since they are not able to install the chimney.
I want to change my speakers they told me we will change it but there is no response. Very pathetic service I request you plz don't call this Jyoti enterprise. I have called no of times but there is no response.
I went there to replace my philips earphones model SHE1525BK 94 under warranty period. They told me to wait for 10 to 15 days for new earphones but in the end they didn't get the earphones from company so they refunded the amount to me.
Very bad services, my Philip's led TV repair after 6 month but pending for installation on wall for 10 Days, no response form Jyoti enterprise regular call for installation but no good respond, very poor services as Philip's authorized service center
If zero rating is available i would like to give it zero, Lady staff is very rude she feels herself as Rani victoria and she does not know even basic ethics to deal with customer and only represents its arrogant, stupid behavior which non bearable at all. And service of Phillips is tatti and its a chor company
1. Firstly, they misleaded myself through recommending replacement of spares. Till the time product was under warranty, Philips tried cleaning those dust spots and also the service were done at my home only,
2. The moment warranty got over, they denied cleaning the dust spots, and told me the TV has to be picked up and checked at service centre only, for which they charged me Rs. 1300 something.
3. They pushed me to get the display sheet replaced only, with the new one, also pushed me to change the backlight LED lights. I asked them backlight is okay but can you clean the display sheet rather than installing the new one, which they didn't agree. At last, I had to pay around Rs. 4500.4. Everything was as per Philips only, and then I saw dust spots in the new display sheets also along with fingerprints on the screen, for which they gave me some absurd response that it would disappear in few days and Philips was like 'chalta hai'.
5. Since dust spots remain as is, Philips took back the TV again to its service centre, and finally gave me serious damage, they broke my screen from the centre, and then kept me on waiting for around 1 month, and we were without TV at our home due to childish work by novice Philips.
6. After 1 month or more, When they finally delivered TV at my home, they sent the product in open condition as one part was not fixed from the upside, and also I could see one permanent dot on the screen.
7. I paid the service charge, but Philips the multi-national brand, could not prove that they have installed the new screen which they broke while servicing. Also, I have the strong feeling they have also not installed the new display sheet, as many dust spots including the permanent dot were appearing on the screen.
8. However, I stopped following up with Philips since no one was bothered on the inappropriate working of its service partner M/s Jyoti Enterprises.
9. But one month back, when the product was around 1 month old under warranty of the spares, their newly installed backlight LED stopped working and screen got dark from the upperside. And I couldn't believe how could Philips newly installed backlight got down within one month. They came at my home repaired the backlight and again with 15 days it down to its worst. Again backlight got down. I am frustrated from philips now as they are cheating myself again and again.
10. Now you guys are asking for money again, to get it done. No one across globe should buy any product of Philips as you are pathetic, unethical, non-skilled, and greedy for money like company. And top of them, you always try to cheat customer.
Staff is very kind, but that is not like a service center it is like a store.the only problem is that they took long good enough time to replace your item.it may take almost 1 week.inmy case it took more than 15 days.
Jyoti Enterprises is basically service center of Philips branded earphones, headphones, Bluetooth speaker and TV. I returned my Philips Earphones which was having some problem and they took more then 1 month for the replacement of earphone under warranty.
Very rude and insolent girl on reception. Even she doesn't know how to attend and speak with a customer. Staff is not professional and helpful. Receptionist is impudent and pragmatic.
This service center is good but i got my product replacement after 20 days.then i email at philips consumer care then i got response from cervice center.staff in this center is lazy.
