The firm was appointed for Audit of Bima Lokpal Delhi. And the experience we had was horrible. Their employees have no regard for client's time. Despite timely appointment, we had to follow them for almost 10 days to come to our office for audit. And after proper audit, their partner took a week's time just to approve the financial statements. And their argument was that Lokpal Office is a small client we have bigger client's to look at to. Then whats the purpose picking small clients, only to harrass them. They do not respect client's deadlines, push them to last dates.
