I didn't live there. My experience there was as a maths home tutor. But the kailash apartment is always clean and secure. There are two Gates, one in front of the main road towards Kailash colony metro station and another gate open towards ZAMRUDPUR VILLAGE side. In Gates there are always security guards and cameras.

I have done knee surgery Under Dr. Mr. Anuj jain and the nurses and caring was very nice and staff was very awesome (neha, shaanu, Sana, parul, roli) they were very good in service and taking care of patients.

It is my home. Lovely Apartments with security and the convenience of being in south delhi.

Good location (kailash metro station is < 500 m) and a green locality. Lot of walking place inside.

This building was made by my father Late Ch Harpal Singh as such I have emotional attachment with this place plus this was the first residential multi-storey building in Delhi
