Most stupid service center So far. Still dependent on (paper receipt) Technology
. Despite u being there yourself. With Rma No, PH.no, OTP. They need receipt. Or else they won't give u your own product. Which they have given not working earlier. Salute to this service center.keep it up guys.

It took them 2and half month to replace a corsair mouse and when i reached there they said internet is down. Such a terrible experience with no professionalism.
Edit: maybe that product was not available at that time. They did the replacement 2 time within 15 days. Not buying Corsair mouse ever again because it keeps getting scroll wheel problem or double click problem after 5-6 months.

Kaizen Infoserve deals in RMA of multiple companies (check the image attached). Their main office is in Bangalore. I visited their office in Nehru Place to replace my Galax graphics card.

The submission process was fast and smooth. However, the replacement took a month due to unavailability of the exact model at their end. The employees are courteous and keep checking with you on the status themselves.

Their support is very poor and with only bill you get warranty but without bill you have to get approval on mail from the company then they will consider the warranty for only 1 month warranty just an update no reply from the company

I am facing a lot of problems after buying RAM and NVME M. 2 of XPG company.

They are the worst electronic things I have ever bought in my entire life.l, they keep getting defected in every replacement from this service centre.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF XPG BRAND.

THIS SERVICE CENTRE IS WORST I EVER DEALT WITH.

The location is not 100% accurate. You might find a little change. But the staff here is very nice, they not just helped me find the location and also helped me simplify the replacement procedure.

Awesome service, I had my old keyboard which had a key issue. I gave them under warranty. As it was out of stock they provided me with even better upgraded version of it I am so happy

Lift of building is very busy and slow too. I prefer stairs, staff is polite but not knowledgeable, I mistakenly give my motherboard and processor attached, the person pull processor in a way that it's pin got twisted, although I managed to repair that but msi is a big company and parts are too costly, please don't play with us like this. Process of repair may take 5-12 days, keep the OTP on email safe otherwise a trouble will call.

Worst Service center of MSI, this should be shut down. Bad customer support, no professionalism at all. Slow, tardy, annoyed, eager to argue and gives illogical reasons for legit queries. Worst service center i've ever visited in terms of customer support. Stay away from here if possible. I went there for MSI B460 motherboard and the technician guy give illogical reason like pin are not arranged correctly so they won't repair it and if i want i can complain against them on MSI support mail. When I took it to Ghaziabad serive center F1 Info Solutions, no pin problem was addressed from these guys, they repaired it and provided it back to me within 5 days. I will suggest you to visit F1 Info Solutions as they will help you with better support and best professionalism. These guys are "Loafer" and instead of helping you they will give you irrational excuses that you product cannot be repaired under warranty.

Staff is very good and environment is also quiet. But you have to go to building no. 87 you will get a nice guard uncle. Don't take lift because it's scary and always under maintenance trust me you will be scared. The kaizen is situated at 5th floor

It's more than a month I'm still waiting for my Graphic card inno3d gtx 1660ti.
Whenever I call they will call back in 10 minutes but they never after 20days I call them for the first they said It will be delivered in 10days.
Staff are not trustable and customer service is very poor

Very very helpful and polite staff. I had given my Corsair headphone for replacement in February 2021. Due to some reasons could go back to collect it in December 2021. They helped me get it back in completely factory sealed new condition after 10 months.

Just awesome i took my Corsair psu for warrenty claim they changed it within minutes and gave me a new one, the staff was very professional and the area is so clean and no crowd at all, little bit issue in finding the entrance gate it's kinda look like someones home door it's blue, u will find a very nice security guard uncle, then take the lift come to 5th floor and the service centre is on ur left, hope this helps ️

This is such a lengthy process if anything just goes wrong with any part of your PC and it approximately took 15 to 20 days to just replace it.
In my case I have submitted the graphic card 2070 super on 6th of December and I get it back on 20th December.
So I don't like the process of this place as this is too much professional and we don't have any choice but to wait.

Talking about environment not so much developed as it is situated in nehru place and its location is in end part of the market in a narrow passaged building named skippers corner 4th floor.
But i tell you by my experience in there, staff there was so friendly, clear and honestly dedicated towards their work. Their shift timing was off but still they managed to do my work. Really appreciate that

It was a good experience there. When we went there we have some issues with our Power supply unit, so, we went and they checked our products and luckily they gave us a replacement of our product instantly. So, fast service.
As you know the customer is really going to be upset when the product is faulty under warranty but service provider change product instantly, if they find out fault in product and it lies in under warranty.

I went there to replace my ram. I had 2 Corsair vengeance 8gb ram both were not working.there was no rush.he called me in filed rma.asked me to wait for 5 min didn't even ask any question.gave me 2 new ones. Perfect service.flawless.couldn't expect better

They represent several top brands of PC peripherals as Authorised Service Centre. Interaction office is small, crowded, unventilated.

Its not service centre but just a deposit centre of various computer hardware brands like MSI, Galax etc.for RMA purposes. Very small area available for visitors/customers.

Nothing more than usual service center cheaters.have invoice/warranty slip.but they will use any excuse to refuse.they use a unique method to refuse, they provide an email address of product's manufacturer and ask you to mail your concern on it and later, they refuse over mail.this email id is nothing but kaizen's own email addresses to fool people (image attached). Avoid buying products where service is provided by kaizen.

I reached their for PSU Replacement or reparing but more than a month is gone (11june - 21 july) still issue is not solved, saying it will still take a week (same statement again and again)

It was a bit hard to locate as building 88 itself is located in a corner and there were no banners but the staff was very helpful.

It was hard finding the place at first since the map is quite confusing to this location for some reasons. I called the center, the guy gave me the nearest landmark - pretty easy to navigate then. Hardly took them 10 mins to register my request and kept the product for RMA.

Worst service I received but before you guys come to any conclusions I would point something that I don't think MSI, CORSAIR, INTEL, etc has to blame it's KAIZENINFO SERVE that has to be blamed kaizen is a third party which act as a service point on behalf of these companies. Now I tell you why I said "worst service", my corsair ram is dead for some reason after taking to corsair customer service they said to pay a visit here and ask they for RMA and I did they tell me it will take 10-12 day for replacement, after 2week later they call me and confirming that I Summited 8gb and said they did enter wrong ram model and it will take another 2week for replacement and that's not it they were rude and won't listen to you. But I get my RAM after a whole 1 month there irresponsible make this delay.

There is a tip, if somehow you to go there be aware of this guy he is very rude and have no sense how to talk to a customer.

In the picture it shows Zotac. But there no service for zotac product. I ended up walked 7km in order to find the right place. And that is: A-224, Pocket A, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110014. Here u can get service for zotac product. Hope it help someone.

Worst Service!
Took my MSI Graphics Card for RMA to Kaizen Infoserve in Nehru Place, Gave them my Graphics Card alongwith the box and filed RMA.

They said it'll take 3-7 days for it to repair.

Recieved my card after 21 days and it's not repaired, They kept my card for 21 days and returned without repairing it. And also gave it to me in a polythene and lost my box.

It was such a waste of time and money to reach there.

Worst Service MSI India.
I won't recommend anyone to buy MSI products.

Had to RMA my Galax 2060 Super, took 12-15 days but that's because Christmas and New Year and 2 Sundays were in between. It's alright though, as Galax sent a replacement for my card to Kaizen. Went and picked it up!

4 th floor, from the lift take a right, very little shop, owner is great, very helpful, little crowded though, bring your bill and product, box proffered not mandatory.
Understand it's a gateway for companies to manage RMA, kaizen is not responsible for your product or its amount of time to repair or replace the product.

Building No 88,4th floor, lifts are available, building is clean for most of the parts. Right beside Motorcycle Parking, adjacent to SMC building.
Very welcoming front desk.

*Update*

The staff is not co-operative at all.
I have been calling for update fir my motherboard and everytime they say they will call me 10 minutes but they never do. I had to call them again and again but still no update. Further, they will just pass the blame on OEM and courier company. They blamed MSI for it and then the courier company. I called MSI and they said that I could have directly taken the motherboard to them in Okhla.

Many days wasted.
Pathetic service.

Very good experience with this service center. Went there for my Corsair power supply they replace it same day with any extra questions and waiting time. The guy at the desk is very helpful and clam overall very good experience ️️️. I wish all service center work like that

It's been over 20 days since I gave my GPU
Everytime I call the staff is so rude,
They never give clear answers and try to cut call.
All I want is my GPU in workable condition
How can you take over 20 days to fix a single gpu?

Update: Day 23 they fixed and gave it back

And it still makes exact same fan sound after and 3 hours of use.
What supposed to be done now?

They changed my corsair vs450 psu within 10 days without asking any question. And as a replacement, i got Cv450 which is a better product than before. They pickup calls and provide rma status properly. Impressed with corsair service in india.

It was a smooth experience for me. I had my motherboard fixed in a week and easily recieved it after some days later cuz of busy schedule. One thing that didnt satisfy me was that they didnt have any inquiry regarding the problem that was causing my motherboard to not work properly but its all good.

Worst service, immature and inexperienced staff and attendants.
I experienced this SVC thrice but always got 50% dissatisfaction.
They always want you to come 7-8 days irrespective of what problem do you have.
Servicing a graphic card took them 10 days.
Finding an error and changing a motherboard took them 12 days. This is why we pay heavy money to these items to wait for atleast 10days.
