Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital

15/04/2023 we visited to kalawati hospital for our child OPD. The TRIG company security guard posted in 1st floor ramp near gate room no 105 his name was Rishabh
He is very misbehave security guard he was fighting with me for some small argument.he is a Black spot for TRIG Company. I request to hospital authorities to take action against that guard.very very disappointed with guard behaviour thanking you for good hospital services.

The behavior of security guard, nurse and doctor is very bad. Security guards are goons. Cleanliness is not at all.

Had a very good experience there.
Please book the appointment from ors portal. Or else you have to be in queue for many hours.
All the staff are very cooperative security guards, doctors etc.
Very good queue management.

Vaccination facility for children is also there. No hassle. Thank you!

Worst hospital theres no care of the patients they were just doing experiments as like animals on human beings.totally worst i would recommend anyone to go there

My new born baby ultrasound for kalawati hospital. All sttaf behavior. Very rude. He every person told tu Beth Jaa. Tu khadha ho ja. In ghadhe ke baccho ko. Inke hurami maa baap ne tamiz nahi
kikhayi. Sale rishwat deke hospital me job pe lag jaye hai

It's a worst experience in kalawati hospital. Trainees are looking for you and their behaviour is pathetic. They used to scream like a street dog at the patients. Specially The lady hardening medical doctors treats patients as animal. They are not worthy doctors to treat a human body. Especially their behaviour is pathetic. Also they have attitude as well as they are from government seats.

Not going to suggest this hospital to any one or their children as there is no management and facilities for the Patient. The behaviour of the staff is very rigid. They deserve abuses because due to their carelessness I lost my 1.4 year member of my family. I disguise them that the doctor's whole family and their ascendants should die a painful death

Our government should work more on infrastructure and hygiene. Moreover being the government and one of the famous hospitals for new born and toddler age groups, the patients should not be referred from here saying we don't have some equipment and facilities available for (patients) need.

We are growing hoping our government hospital will also grow and match the standard level of facilities for all kinds of economic groups.

Worst Staff, No one wants to work. Their is no humanity in a single person of this hospital.

I have come today for my child OPD but there is no law n order
My no is RR 36 Since 12pm
We are waiting now is 1.53 pm
No is now going only 9
Only 1 Dr is in emergency
3 days child has come for admission it's on oxygen
It's parent are bothering
But no one is hearing

It is a very bad hospital and the doctors and staff here have no manners to even talk to the patient's guardians, No one even gives the information properly and the staff here speak in very wrong language, I request the government to either recruit the right staff in this hospital, who can give correct information to the guardians of the patent, Otherwise it is useless to have such a hospital.

Kejriwal world class hospital sorry third class hospital, i took my baby in emergency ward, security guard given me a token number, and after 5 hours i was in the line to counsult with the doctor, i just speak with the doctor in a few second he take only 2 seconds to say please go to ward no 1, so this the emergency ward need to wait atleast 5 hours,
After we gone ward no 1 ask with the doctor to admit my daughter, no one doctor trying to ask that what happen who refer from where no reports cheks, only one thing is happening doctor reapting a line sir we dont have space, aapko agar admit kerna hai to apni jimedaari par kare hum dekh nhi payenge.

A very big zero, i never recommend you to go this hospital

Doctor are Good but I am very disappointed with TRIG Security Guards. I don't know for whom they working for. Unexpected they don't have manners to talk. I.was sit on chair outside of emargency guard come near me nd says ##oye hello uthh yaha se## what's the manner to talk. A guard promote the security company but there the guard has not manner to talk i am not happy to TRIG SECURITY.

There were big rats in the ward over the oxygen cylinder pipelines and some even jumping on patient's beds. Hygiene is primordial in preventing any disease occurence. What's the point of treating a patient and simultaneously exposing him/her to more infection.

A good children's hospital in Delhi My child had a surgery operation and got good treatment in this hospital special surgery doctor "Dr. Priya as surgery" thank you mam ️ my son name is (Hassan)

Worst Hospital ever. Doctors and staffs are too rude. My child was reffered from some other hospital to kalawati but doctors here did not agree to admit my chid here. They denied to treat my child.the hospital is also very unhygienic does not even deserve 1 star. 3rd class hospital.

In emergency ward I am in q last 2 hours only two patient treat by doctor all patients are disappointed by doctors working capability.

भाइयों अगर अपने बच्चों को सही सलामत चाहते हो तो कभी भूल कर भी इस अस्पताल मे अपने बच्चे को लेकर नहीं जाना साले बच्चों की जान से खिलवाड़ करते है ट्रीटमेंट कुछ नहीं करते है बस खून निकाल निकालकर अपनी रिसर्च करते है मेरी बात पर यकीन नहीं तो गूगल पर खुद देख लो रोजाना बच्चों की मौत होती है डॉक्टर कमीन उससे बढ़कर नर्स कमीन ओर उनसे बढ़कर गार्ड कमीन ओर यहां tak की झाडू पोंछे वाले कमीन मेरे भाई रिक्वेस्ट है अपने बच्चों को लेकर भूल कर भी इस अस्पताल मे नहीं जाना मेरी बेटी इतनी बीमार नहीथी की जितनी इन लोगो ने बीमार कर दी आखिर मे इनकी लापरवाही के कारण मेरी बेटी की मौत हो गई

Perfect Hospital for Childcare, don't thing before come. I loved the Hospital Staffs like Nurses, Doctors and Supporting Staff and Cleaning is Good, Hygiene environment. Hospital equipment are available 24/7.

यह हॉस्पिटल लेडी तथा चिल्ड्रन को देखा जाता है यहां पर हमेशा भीड़ रहती हैं क्युकी डॉक्टर अच्छे हैं जो चिल्ड्रन को देख कर दावा मिलती हैं

Very poor staff service, nurses not doing there duties not even practicing doctors.sisters or nurses forces ther parents to do fever reading thermometr check and you have to call dr or nurses for reading or fever check rime ro time, parents have to buy their own thermometer ️ to check fever.all practising Dr comes only when there senior head Dr on visit or on round.doctors are not treating well or they've just filling sheets.very very bad doctors and nurses
My child was admit for 36 hours.after watching staff behaviour I force to discharge my child

सबसे अच्छे यहां के सिक्योरिटी गार्ड्स के काम करने का तरीका बहुत अच्छा है यहां की जनता को नियंत्रित रखते हैं और यहां के डॉक्टरों का इलाज का तरीका, काबिल और हर तरीके से कॉर्पोरेट करते हैं यहां तक कि व्हाट्सएप की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है और यहां की एक और चीज अच्छी लगती है यहां की सफाई अगर मैं कलावती के अलावा कहीं और से अपने बच्चे का इलाज करा था तो आज वह ठीक ही नहीं हो पाता।

It’s a good hospital and here is providing very good services very good treatment for patients and this hospital is so big.that is providing Good services services for patients and that’s on Road.here is available 24/7 emergency services and good doctors they have trained.

Not writing to much about kalawati hospital in Delhi.but i want to say room number 104 lady doctor experience is nothing.how to handle behave with patients. 000

Doctor don't give much time I took my baby over here for neuro issue but neurologist never showed up just the medicine Dr asked to visit sjh agai for any treatment

Very bad experience with this hospital. There is nobody care for patient. And night service is very poor. Nobody has a manners of talking. Very bad service of hospital. And security guard manners is too bad.

Place is good, Doctors are Good
but their security guards.and some so called nurses (DAAI). Are arrogant. Which are available in Wards and labur room. They dont have manners how to talk with pateint or pateint relatives. Seems like ILLITERATE.
Must have to improve this. Otherwise no one wants to go their for treatment. Because of the behavior of guards and Nurses.
