I have taken a plate of veg biryani it was containing a cockroach i talk to them their approach was very bad:

Beat food place ever but aaj jab mai Gaya coffee lene or jb slip karwa ke staff ko diya to staff reaction was like Abe yaarr firse coffee nikal doodh yaar bc this was his language, and trust me mene still liya Bina kuchh kahe or when I drink that coffee tab pata chala Bina man ka banaya hua bura hi Banta hai Bina sugar ke coffee nikli I just want to tell just one thing ki bhai free me koi kuch nahi deta

I ordered Khasta Kachori and Samosa through Swiggy on 15Sep and they sent me stale food!

Stop sending stale food which is 2 days old!
Shame on Kaleva being a brand when you send stale food to customers!

Excellent food with friendly staff and management. They serve all varieties of North South continental and Chinese food with no onion no garlic. Sweets and desserts are too tasty.

Ordered jalebi from kaleva through Zomato. The jabeli were very sour and stale, no support from Zomato or restaurant regarding the issue. Pathetic experience from this restaurant.

I ordered a Special Thali and got a stone in the dal makhni and half cooked butter roti.

Once i had food packed and asked for disposable glass for my 4 year old. I was veey rudely denied a glass and was told they don't have it despite it being displayed near counter. I offered money still they denied. I have been to so many self service places but never faced such a pathetic service and rude staff. Would never recommend visiting them ever again.
