Their service is clear. Driver is polite and knows all roads in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, there are no any hidden charges. Whatever negotiated, they charged only that. Really a good company for visitors to Delhi.

Our driver Prem was amazing, always attentive to both his driving and us. Always ready to have a chat (he also turned out to be a very nice person!) and to answer our questions and curiosities along the way. He never pushed us into doing anything we didn't want to do and was very accommodating to changes in plans during the trip. Moreover, his recommendations on places to eat have always been excellent.
Both he and the car were always impeccable, the car was cleaned every morning.

We traveled 10 days to India (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mandawa, Bikaner, Amritsar, Dharamsala) via Kalka Travel. Our driver Rajiv was perfect both on his driving and on this advice. Driving in India is not easy but we felt safe whether in the traffic jams of large cities, on long journeys or on mountain roads in Himachal. We quickly had complete confidence in Rajiv in terms of good addresses: hotels, restaurants, places to visit, exchange offices.

UPDATE AFTER TRIP

We had a very nice 12-day trip in India with Khalka Travels and our driver Vijay Singh. The route took us through Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Jaisalmer, ending with a flight back to Delhi. For a European family of 5, Vijay was a really good travel companion.

We opted for a Toyota Crysta with a roof rack for luggage (5 big suitcases and a few small ones). The back seats are a little upright for bigger Europeans, but all in all pretty comfy.

All the bookings were done with Bobby Thakur and Ranveer over Whatsapp and was reliable. Every part of the deal has been met. All in all we paid around ₹75K (driver and car) + ₹9K (toll, taxes & parking).

One big aspect that made our trip memorable was that Vijay is a very safe driver who ensured our comfort and security throughout the journey taking us from A to B comfortably. He also suggested choices of safe restaurants and local shops, allowing us to experience the authentic flavors and culture of the places we visited. His friendly and approachable nature made it easy to communicate and share our preferences. Also he was always on time and friendly.

We encountered a few areas for improvement during our trip. There were some cultural differences, particularly in eagerness to assist with everything, like guides and souvenir shops. It’s all good intention, but should first be checked by us. This wasn’t a big problem.

Another issue for us was in truthfulness/availability. It happened at times that we wanted to go somewhere and our driver told us that it either wasn’t a good idea, that the place was closed or that the place was bad. We sometimes could insist, but sometimes we couldn’t and we ended up not going to places. We later also found out that these places weren’t closed. We don’t know if this was because our driver was occupied or that he didn’t want to take us, but this felt like a drawback for us.

As for the cleanliness, the car was always tidy. We also understand that arranging luggage and long hours of driving in the hot Indian climate can be challenging. Despite minor communication challenges at times, Vijay's efforts to speak English were appreciated, and we managed to find ways to overcome any misunderstandings.

Overall, our journey with Vijay Singh and Khalka Travels was full of memories, and we are grateful for his companionship and safe driving. We recommend him if you are looking for an good travel experience in India.

It is a very professional company. Their drivers are attentive and will be able to advise you throughout the trip. Whether at tourist sites or hotels, restaurants, exchange offices or even shops that you may need, they will be able to direct you to establishments with unbeatable quality/price ratios.

After 6 days with our premium driver, we couldn't be happier with him and the experience. Prem is friendly, very punctual, tells you things along the way, recommends amazing places to eat, and takes you to places he thinks you'll like. We asked him to pick us up one day at half past five to go to the taj mahal and he didn't give us any trouble and welcomed us with a smile. We will recommend this service and in our case Prem to anyone visiting India.

We had a great 5 day tour around Rajasthan with Paramjeet. The car was brand new - spotlessly clean and very comfortable! And Paramjeet was very friendly, helpful and courteous throughout the trip. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a car and driver in the Golden Triangle - it made travelling around so smooth and seamless, and gave us so much more flexibility compare to public transport.

Booked a Innova Crysta for a 7 day trip to Vaishno Devi, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi tour. Spoke to Mr. Bobby and shared our requirements, and found him to be very accommodative as per our requirement. He connected me with Mr. Randeep (Baloo), the car was very clean and well maintained. Mr. Randeep is an excellent driver and a very humble person. He is one of the best drivers i have seen and It was a very pleasant experience for our family. Very bad experience. When we arrive at the airport the driver didn’t introduce himself. They gave us a driver unable to speak english properly. When we were speaking/asking questions he was smiling and not understanding. The car was a very old Suzuki Dzire with very uncomfortable seats (due to the fact that it is too much used) and with shock absorbers completely worn outs so the trip has been very uncomfortable. Not clean from the beginning. For example we use UBER twice with newer Suzuki Dzire and everything has gone perfectly.
At the end he didn’t bring us to Kumbalgarh Fort cause he told us that it was too far but it was planned in the tour.
In Jaipur we decided to go in a restaurant that we saw on TripAdvisor he brought us but he was upset and saying to us that it’s super expensive. We went, restaurant was good and cheaper compare to others he brought us. All this is very unprofessional.
Lucky, we decided to choose the hotel by ourselves and we only booked the driver.
