I met with lots of doctors in Dwarka due to my spouse was not conceived, I thought to find this time best doctor by checking their reviews, then I found Dr. Monica Bhatia. Afterthought we visited her clinic & it was really nice experience. She is an amazing doctor as well as her behavior was very much polite. She was always ready to answer all our doubts and queries. She first listen our concerns and then suggest us accordingly. She tries to make us very much relaxed and worry free. She did amazing job to deliver the healthy baby.

Worst doctor ever Dr. Monica Bhatia (gynecologist)! There was no compassion or concern. Extremely impolite and lacking in manners in how to speak to a patient who was already sensitive and neverous. I would never recommend this insensitive doctor to anyone.

We would not recommend this doctor as she doesnt listen to the patient's query and when we asked her politely regarding one report then she misunderstood our query and started talking rudely to us which was very unprofessional. As a patient we have a right to ask our queries and as a doctor she should make us understand few details regarding procedure that we are following. Also it would be better that followup consultation should not be charged, specially if its within a week. But here she charge half of a consultation charge. As many of the times we felt that two reports should have been combined into one rather coming to followup appointment just to take one more report.

We paid 900 for phone consultation through kalpvriksha dwarka post which she advised few tests and book the next appointment.we called again with the reports just to confirm when we can visit the clinic next.to our surprise her so called PA asked us to pay another 450 just to talk on phone to book appointment.to know appointment date they are asking for money.not the huge amount but such money minded people cant be trusted for such a long and imp treatement.when we told him we just want to know when to visit n then of course we will pay and book appointment.he conveyed us that his madam asking to pay first even to know the date n book appointment.horrible n disgusting

Dr. Monika Bhatia is a an amazing Doctor, she's thorough professional, knowledgeable and to the point. The best thing about her treatment is unlike other doctors she does not prescribe whole bunch of medications and tests. My wife and I are extremely happy to be under her observation. Very gud experience, doctor Monika has a keen observation. She listens carefully gives adequate time for listening all complaints, gives great advice. One can feel the warmth in her demeanor.

My mother went to Venkateswara hospital in May 2020 for her scans and tests, met this money minded doctor, she advised my mom for tests. All tests recommended by Dr. Sareen, DrGupta were done in the same hospital itself.
As the tests results come the next very day.just to check the reports only she demanded to pay the consultation fees again. Neuther Dr. Sareen nor Dr. Chopra nor Dr. Gtupa asked for consultation but she strictly denied and said pay consultation fees again and then only enter cabin.

Dr. Monica is one of the finest doctor, we have met so far. We met her in Venkateshwar hospital Dwarka and she guided us well throughout my pregnancy. She is very supportive, empathetic and gives her advise straightforward leaving no space for any confusion. We would highly recommend her.

She is a good doctor but irresponsible hence I will suggest you can take treatment from her but never go for delivery through her.

The biggest problem with this doctor is she is not punctual at all and she does not have any respect to other time. I had a very bad experience with this doctor. My wife had an appointment with doctor at 4.30 pm and she was not present at the clinic even till 6.00pm.the only update from reception was she is coming on each ask.

She is one of the BEST gynecologist I have come across. I had a complicated pregnancy and the proactiveness with which she handled the case was absolutely commendable. She was very calm and composed throughout and that certainly gave me confidence. I am glad I made the right decision to consult her. Despite all complications, I delivered a baby girl in 37 wks. It was a normal delivery.

She was on the verge of creating a big mistake in my pregnancy treatment with her mis judgement around the swine flu vaccine she recommended. Instead of dealing with it she started shouting on us for mishandling and told us why we brought it her and not got it done outside. I was shocked. If I am getting my entire treatment from you why would I go somewhere else for a vaccination and if that was the case she should have told us before. She just needed someone to put blame on. I just don’t know if she is naive or thats her behavior. I decide to change my doctor after this incident.

I wish I could rate Dr. Monika 10 out of 5.because she truly deserves it. She is the calmest of doctors i have ever visited. She listens to your questions so calmly and patiently with a smile on her face that you never feel uncomfortable while asking her anything. You can call her anytime with any problem big or small and she always picks up the phone and addresses you by your name which gives such a personal and warmth touch to her already immensly professional and dignified approach towards her patients.
