I had a good experience in the hospital, staff was so cooperative.
Doctor vikas jindal is the best doctor i have ever met.
One more to be noted by hospital- food needs to given as per doctor consultancy
(Example- doc had prescribed sodium restricticted diet but the dietitian had no idea about it and they were serving sodium again and again.

Overall experience was great.

3rd class staff after clearing the all dues they prepared the wrong bill as they forgot to adjust the advance payment in bill and to rectify there mistake they hold the patients to 5 to 6 hrs.pathetic service and the payment Department so dumb that if you say anything to them they will get personal hold the patient after cleaning the payment.

Very bad experience, they charge admission fee first and they don't even care about the patient's health or condition they only care about money. My father is in very bad condition and when he was very critical I had no choice but to bring him in a private hospital in the late night but here they charged so much money for tests, medicines and room and i only was able keep him admitted for one day because I had no money to continue for further days atleast they could have stabilized him but they did nothing. He needed the immediate dialysis but they only kept him in the ICU and wasted all the time. Please don't ever come to this hospital or any private hospital. They don't care about a person's life they only care about money.

Makes exaggerated bills for panel patients. Be careful if you have panel or insurance. I am annoyed by ortho deptt.

The staff sucks so bad, they have no knowledge whats going on, my mother visited after calling them and they confirmed doctor was coming and when she got there they said doctor isn’t here. And again other day she went after taking appointment, the timings were 6-7pm and she reached there by 6: 40, they said doctor left because there were no patients. We felt so furious and when she asked for neurologist the receptionist (there were 3 guys) started looking at each other as if they had no knowledge what a neurologist is.

Worst experience.unsupported staff and don't have sense to talk with patients attandance. So so adamant all of them.

They have no concern for the patient. Staff is extremely rude and doctore just care for the bill and not about the treatment

Service is not good to patients specially in maternal section, not good paediatrician service. Doctor does not visit after delivery of baby to check the well being of new born and discharges the baby without follow-up. Poor service, bad experience, service is not good now as before provided to patients. My baby suffered a lot because of this.

Best experience with the staff special thanks to MS. Jyoti she is very helpful and cooperative. Her gesture towards patient are vry good and with smiling face.

They are offering pathetic services at time of Discharge, mediclaim department is not even have sense how to talk and if you ask them for any clarification they are not answering, speed of discharge process is very very slow

We have used the hospital facility twice and had a medical insurance, so the hospital facilities were very coorporative and understanding of the financial needs. Nice experience.

Not a trusted place for Covid 19 Vaccination, unprofessional staff. Vaccination karwane jao to lagta hai kaha kabaad me aa gaya. Poor infrastructure, poor service.

Its been a week, I am constantly calling them for my 2nd dose of covaxin but they are always saying that sir 10 log aaye tab hi lagwa sakte hain. Arey bhai tumhare 10 logo k chakkar main mera life kyu risk main daal rahe ho? Aur woh joh vaccination receptionist hain woh bolta hain ki jaha mile waha se lagwalo yaha toh sirf 10 logo k aane par hi hoga. Bhai pehle achche se bolna sikhle free main nahi laga rahe vaccine 1200 de kar laga rahe hain. Now I have to travel overseas but they are not providing me a second dose. This is the worst service from a so called reputed hospital.

I came here for vaccination for a 9 am slot. The staff was not there. I waited till 10. When asked for complaint register, that was also missing.

Best hospital in whole West Delhi, the staff is really friendly and caring, the nurses timely came to ask whether something was needed when I was admitted.
I know about the ​BLK hospital, Maharaja Agrasen Hospital and Action Balaji Hospital
​through my relatives but none of them compare to the services of Kalra Hospital, lots of respect to Dr. RN Kalra sir and tons of thanks to the whole staff and management and heartiest thanks to mediclaim team

Matter how many times you call them. They would never pick your call and they have 60 lines to attend the calls. Someone picked up my call after 2hrs of struggle and they kept on their responsibilities by telling me call this person and then this person. I just needed the vaccination receipt online. Money minded. That’s all. Pathetic.

Pathetic hospital it is. They don't know the CGHS rule. On one referral there is three visit to the doctor is allowed but the staff asked that the rule has changed and now there is only one visit is allowed which is not any rule actually. When we told them that no such rule is existing on the govt site they made different different excuses. Even they didn't let us to meet Nodal Officer.

Worst hospital. They do very silly mistakes and errors which can impact the patient adversely. No hygiene at all in the hospital. No department is okay from medical to billing. They seem to have a very bad reputation as I learned from many people later.

I would like to thank Dr Kalra who is helping people in this pandemic. My mother admitted last month in critical condition with low oxygen level where Mr Gaurav Grover helped a lot with his great politeness. Now my mom is recovered and back to home. My mother was Addmited for 3 day. Treating dr. Was very good. Thankx for caring so well very nice hospital and staff doctor so good.

Worst hospital ever. They will just pile up your bill and do tests of no use. No facilities. Behaviour of staff is very bad. This hospital just wants to make money. ICU beds are expensive as hell. The patient can go in depression due to this type of hospitals. No machines are being used. Doctor and nurses are not concerned with the patient's condition. Even government hospitals have better staff and facilities. Charges are applied on the things which are not even used.

I DON'T PREFER THIS HOSPITAL IN ANY CONDITION.

Recently my wife & my mother both were admitted to Kalra Hospital
In spite of massive risk to staff & doctors
The doctors, admin staff, nurses were highly cooperative
In my wife's case ICU was required which was not available, so doctors stationed nurses for continuous 3 days to take care of my wife
There is one Mr Neeraj Bhargava in administrative department, he remained awake & was online with me on night of 2nd April till 4 am to support me
Dr Kalra who was abroad on 29th April helped me get icu bed for my mother while it was 4 am in US
For me Kalra Hospital, Dr Kalra & his team of doctors, Mr Gaurav who was always there to help & Mr Neeraj Bhargava are really really a reliable source
My mother needed 4 units of Plasma so I got worried as to how to source Plasma but to my surprise I got Plasma immediately from internal blood bank which caters to inhouse patients
Similarly my wife was prescribed Ramdesivir injections, this got me real worried but to my surprise
I got Ramdesivir injections a actual prices without a rupee in black
I got 4 injections for roughly Rs 900/- each & two of other company for Rs 3490 /-
Availability was very smooth, thank God Dr Kalra made all these arrangements for inhouse patients
There was no shortage of oxygen when even in Gangaram & Max there was shortage of oxygen
For me Kalra Hospital, Dr Kalra (Sir) a father figure for everyone, coordinating teams & everything was flawless

Very bad approach towards patients, specially for Corona Patients. Completely avoidable, i have shifted my patient to kukreja hospital in Rajouri garden and their i got proper support from doctor to satffs and my patient has recovered completely from corona.

As I experienced, doctors are having very much attitude which reflect the same in their working. Infect they are careless and not give proper attention to their patients during this covid-19 pendemic or what should I say. In my case, they told me different reasoning when my mother EXPIRED at night but other side they have written different story on the Discharge Summary when I received from my TPA. As the same i consulted with other Doctor. I was shocked. THERE IS CLEAR CUT CASE OF NEGLIGENCY AT THE END OF DOCTORS. IN THIS CASE, I ONLY WILL SAY, GOD IS AROUND US AND RESULT WILL BE GIVEN SOONER OR LATAR.

Inexpertise and rude behavior of doctors I have ever met in life. They do not have basic empathy for patients neither for attendants. Highly unlikely recommendable. I found kukreja hospital and heart centre for better treatment.

Because my sister was admitted in this hospital.for low homoglobin in her body. 3 unit blood charges cash 11700rs.
And again charges with my mediclaim bank 11700rs for 3 unit blood.

The doctors are nice (treatment wise). But are too arrogant.
They charge a lot for small small things.
It's a freaking loot here!
Overcharging is the only thing they know!
They will just put the patient on ventilator or ICU even if the patient is fir enough for general wards!
If you ask them anything about the reports or anything they just simply start arguing that we can't give you reports and all and start giving stupid reasons for that!
The place is too expensive for a middle class family.

The worst hospital.ever you can actually be write an essay on their money mided brains and unethical behavior! The doctors here will scare you to keep the patient admitted and the reports are never on time! Per my knowledge SGOT/PT liver test if it's 23 it's normal but as per their docs its very high and CT scan needs to be done.
They will do all unwanted tests to make money don't go to this hospital specially in Dwarka mor.

Worst Hospital ever visited. Highly unsatisfactory treatment with useless charges included. You'd be given a whole lot of medicines without your consent or knowledge or any need. My sister was admitted in this hospital for a minor accident and that too in ICU for 2 days. On the first day of admission, X-ray report showed that there was no major injury, still they took an extra day to shift my sister. And that was because we denied to pay any other single day in ICU. So they shifted my sister to normal ward. But that was not the end. Even in the normal ward, in there was no injury then why did they asked us make my sister stay in hospital. Somehow we made them discharge her.

My experience has been wonderful and overwhelming with respect to treatment as well as the encouraging behaviour of kalra Hospital staff.

It's best hospital if the area. Emergency facilities are available. As reported by nearby residents, rates are little high.

Unbelievable experience, very expensive. Will ask you to do this test that test and tests.tests. Can you imagine a hospital where a patient's report is lost. I got my platelets test done at Kalra. When next day I reach to collect reports, lab person said ask at reception we don't have, when I asked at reception they said ask in lab we don't have. Moreover when I asked to send my reports on my mail id, they just sent a word file. I mean are you serious? This is how you send a report. From a doctor you expect that he should have atleast an idea about what may be the problem but when I asked he was clueless and just wrote get malaria, typhoid, liver test and many more.test. Height man seriously height.
