Horrible experience…. Wouldn’t even give 1 star rating. When they want to sell the lehanga, they will call you hundred times and run behind you and once the order is placed, you will end up calling thousand times and they would not pay any heed. Will make you wait for hours for very small small things and when you ask questions they talk so rudely especially that SHAURYA guy. A genuine suggestion, don’t go for Kamal Bhai Explore other options

An excellent place to shop every type of latest designs in clothes for my family members. Particularly lehengas, gowns and sarees are in such a great variety that you don't have to go anywhere. Staff is also very cooperative.

These guys are looters, never ever trust the price quoted by them. Better to avoid this shop as the similar variety of clothes u can purchase from other stores at much competitive price.i bought a saree from them, tag on that saree showed a price of Rs. 8000 approx and they gave a discount of 20% on that price. Later on, after we have made the payment, they packed the saree and changed its price tag to Rs. 5000/- which we have noticed later. Visit these looters at your own risk.

Worst place ever. Collection of lehnga is good but the prize differ a lot. I got my wedding lehnga for rs 1lakh from here and that same lahnga was purchased by my friend in 75k. Its all about bargaining here. I thought they will give fixed price for everything. But this is a scam.
My wedding was in hurry so I didn't explore much and got 4 lehngas from here only and I got scammed.
They offer me to give a complimentary trolley with the wedding lehnga and when I contacted them for that they blocked my number!

I visited kamal bhai after approximately 10 years of my wedding on my sister in law's wedding and I was means to see that the way kamal bhai was progressed in the last 10 years, the kind of variety he's having and he happens to have the same low profile nature good natured till now, which was speaking from its curtsey and again i bought three dresses, including the wedding Lengha for my sister in law and they delivered today here in London and they are amazingly beautiful I thank you again kamal bhai for your lovely nature and professionalism. I want to give them 0 star. They have horrible customer service. I bought two suits and they didn't allowed me to check.when I came home and saw both of them had patches and they didn't returned my item. Manager is very rude. It's an overpriced shop.

I had visited Kamal bhai.and before that I had been mehrauli n Def col. Designer stores.which had real exorbitant prices.bt to my surprise almost everything absolutely same was available with Kamal bhai.with same finish n designs at just less than half the prices.n booked two lehngas n one mehandi gown nn belive the finish, fitting was just marvelous n spl the polite treatment from Kamal bhai n his team was just unmatchable. I really respect n thanks his whole team for making my occasion so.so.spl.thanx again

Biggest fraud of Chandni chowk! They are cheats, who simply rob you off your money, they took 30k from me in advance and didn’t even deliver the lehenga. I had to manage at last moment. Ladies, save yourself and never ever go there. Also Amit biggest cheat of the place, even Kamal bhai himself i pleaded him and requested him but he blocked me on Whatsapp. Such pathetic people, shame on you guys!

Nobody receives the call once you have booked your lehnga, very poor response mechanism.
They will provide various numbers and none of them reponses.
If you do not belong to Delhi, they will surely increase your travel expenses.

Very bad customer dealing. Pseudo management people rather than giving alternatives they will create more chaos. They are good at money making. Please think before going at the time of delivery they might ruin your outfit in terms of measurements and will not even agree to it.

They have overrated the lehngas.most of the common lehngas were way too overpriced. Though the collection is different from other store in chandni chowk but still overpriced.

If you are looking to buy lehanga or sarees this is the best place to find either designer or bridal lehanga. You will find the best price here and no bargain is allowed

Bad experience here. Lehenga delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. We had to chase them everyday for the delivery. The colour of dupatta was changed from red to pink without informing. The final material and finish is not on par with what was shown to us when we went to select the lehenga. All false promises and delivery dates

They changed bridal lehenga at the last moment. And when we complained they didn't give us the original lehenga. I won't recommend anybody to buy Lehenga from this place.

It was my biggest mistake that I chose to buy my wedding lehenga from this shop.the moment you will enter the shop they will treat you like god and once you make the advance payment they will change their colors.they will not let you take a picture of your attire even after paying advance for it, they will promise to send the picture after editing (which was their first lie) but I never received a proper picture even after calling them and requesting them thousand times. I still don't understand why they don't let you take a picture of it when the designs are already a copy of some established designer.their owner is 10 times more rude and mannerless than you can imagine, he will disconnect the phone on your face, will never deliver on time.they promised me to give a potli bag maching to my lehenga but instead they gave a shaby golden clutch bag, latkans were so ugly, I received my second dupatta two days prior my wedding that too of a different color (as they don't let you click the picture in the beginning you can't even fight for it) I have seen girls begging for their wedding attires when I myself went to pick my dress and I felt so helpless in that situation.it's really sad that such cheaters have created a false reputation for themselves by spending on advertisements.

Worst place ever. Took advance from me and didn't deliver my engagement dress even though the order was placed 1.5 months prior.
I was left with no choice at the last moment. These ppl are frauds with zero professionalism. Didn't pick any calls on delivery date. Staff is very rude and cunning while booking. Found Overpriced and cheap quality stuff when checked other vendors.

Very bad experience with Kamal Bhai. I ordered a peach anarkali from them and the guy who assisted us was Manoj. I ordered the anarkali on 14th September 2018 and I was told that I would be receiving the order in a month time and since then we have been calling them and they aren't even able to tell is the status of the order.
I called them multiple times and they told that Manoj is busy and call us at 7.30 he will receive your call. If I call again and someone else picks up the call then they say that he has not come and we do not know the status of your order. After reading such good reviews I went to this shop but really disappointed with the service.they took the advance payment of 10000 rupees and the staff over there does not even know what the dress looks like. Please please do not visit them.there are many better places which will serve you much better and deliver things to you on time.

Bad experience with the shop. Late delivery than what was promised by 10 days. Wrong colour of dupatta given. Unprofessional and rude staff. Wasted a whole day there just to receive a lehenga delivery.

They will seem very excited and full of promises when they are selling you clothes. But once you pay them half the amount forget about timely delivery as well as quality of clothes.

We shopped at kamal bhai and we were told that one of our orders will be delivered at our residence. After calling them multiple times, spoke to the person who was dealing with our order. Everyday we are told that it will be delivered by end of day but it's been more than a week now. This is really unprofessional. We have a function in a day or two and we are still waiting for our order.

It's really frustrating to call them up everyday to remind them about the order. We've shopped from here multiple times but I will.not recommend this store to anyone now.

Highly disgusting experience
When you will go for buy something then before payment they will treat you like a god. After that even they will not reply for any query when you will call they will simply disconnect the call. I am trying to chase since last 3 days but no reply and even no guarantee the item which you have purchased they will deliver you the same. His owner only know one statement which he says to everyone you are looking gorgeous this piece is only made for you.

The owner's son is rude and misbehaved with me and my mother twice! Would never go back again and would recommend no one to go to this place again. Really horrible experience. No one with any sef respect ahould purchase from this shop. And if youre listening - the customer pays you and thats why youre running this huge shop- show se bloody respect.
