Worst after sale service ever. Once they get the money, they will stop bothering. No matter how many times you call to complain there will be only one response we will look into it, we will look into it. After 3 4 days when you warn them that you no longer need their connection then only they will send someone. They keep saying we have sent our technician for 3 4 days continuous and when the technician finally arrives, they say they were only informed now. Which clearly shows that the company only informs or sends technicians when they think they can't manipulate the customer anymore.

If I could give -ve stars then I must have done it. If you want to waste ur money and time then go for their service. Worst internet providers, worst cable tv network providers. Customer care is just for the formality. All they r gud at, looting money from their customers on time and not providing any service. I'm frustrated with them. Pathetic!

Pathetic call experience with the employees of Kanton. The lady who picks up calls for complaints threatened me that she will disconnect my connection if I call again to register my complaint. They do not care about you as the customer.

Would stand at your doorstep 3days prior to collect due amount of upcomming month and would make sure to cut the cable for atleast 2-3 days

This is my biggest mistake i had take 1 year wifi membership from Kenton internet is not working properly every 2nd day it shown NO INTERNET completely waste of money. When I trying to raise a complain. Nobody here who can listen if they listen they not work on it so I suggest you please don’t go with this service provider. Choose someone else who can really understand your internet need, but they can’t. One of the worst service in TRI Nagar

Ek to unke yaha jo female staff hai inte uneducated (ya aam bhasha me gawar) hai.baithe hai customer care department me or customer se hi bat karna nahi aata itna rudely bat karte hai sarw females. Ek cheez or batana chaunge recharge khatm hone se 5-7 din pehle call krna shuru hojate hai " apk ghr ke bahar khade hai wifi k paise k lie, apk ghar ke niche hai wifi ki paise k lie. Or agar aapne problem k lie calls krte hai to 6-7 calls kro phle har bar ye log kahenge aadhe ghante tak batate hai, evening Tak bataye hai bas paiso ka lalch hai in logon ko

Worst worst internet compny. They take money in advance and doesn't provide services. Liars, there internet doesn't work and female worker who attend call is very rude and cut the calls when complaint about their services. They take money in advance for 3 month and lie about their internet connections in other areas but after taking money I came to know they doesn't provide service in my area and they also not gave my money back.

One of the worst to average Internet Service Provider. Bohot time se yeah wifi use kr rhe isiliye keh rhe.

They charge ₹550 for 30 Mbps plan joh aadhe mahine aata hi nahi, khaske raat ko, dupher aur morning. Shaam ko problem kum hoti, lekin raat ko ek din bhi internet nahi chala dhang se.

Inka ladaka monthly payment lene aajata he 2-4 din pehele.

Lekin Internet na aane pr call kro toh inhe 2-3 baar call krke address batao, inka ladaka nahi aata.
Ek baar inka ladake ne kaha address nahi mil rha. Toh payment lene vale time kese mila jata address.

Inka app bhi more likely useless he, complaint raise kro, yeah agle din bina koi enquiry ke complaint close krtey he kai baar. Bohot kum phone krke puchatey aapka internet ab thik chal rha yah nahi.

Landline number kabhi available nahi hotey, yah toh busy yah toh pick ni krtey.

Inhe pese bhi do, fhir complaint krne bhi khud inke office jao, such a headache. Ispr inke staff ka behaviour, office jao toh sahi se baat krtey, lekin call pr puri baat sune bina phone kaat dete, fhir dubara phone lage na lage kuch ni pata.

I think Kanton must stop providing internet if it can't handle this service.worst internet.u don't deserve internet access services.u should shut it business and sit at home.plz don't take this internet.they are like bade wade chore Kam.they have increase services quality.specially in work from home mode.we students having difficulty in lectures specially during exams.and office workers can't attend meetings.because of them Student will get bad reputation in schl and colleges as always teacher can't listen excuse of net issue and even uploading dowloading of exams can't happen on time due to which we may loose marks if teacher won't accept paper after due time.even office boss gets angry when employee not able to join meeting bcz of internet which may led to bad reputation.so it's true advice for Kanton internet to close their shop and hi to your village as that is perfect place for u to go and provide there ur net.in city u won't handle.u don't know that how much angry I am.so plz it's request to close it shop.as many times we complaint u come check but still net speed 0.so ur place is in village or forest so go there.

Pathetic Costumer Service. Complaining from Speed Issue from last 3 days and they never sent a person to fix that.each time they give you time for 1 and 2 hour and than when you re- call them they forgot about the issue and you've to re-explain your issue... I'll change the Internet service from next time.

Pathetic service. When ever I call them it's always busy after try 7 -8 call they pick up the phone. The Opreater girl don't know how to talk with customer her behavior is so rude so unprofessional. In 1month I register 6 to 7 complaint in 2 week and if they register your complaint they need 3 to 4 hours to correct the Internet. They don't deserve a single star. Don't buy their Internet service.

Complaining them for the connectivity since t last 6 months but no permanent issue has provided by them. The behaviour of their receptionist is very rude (budiya gavar aurat) and moreover voh takla he is the biggest M* C

Worst customer service one could ever imagine. Once i called a service boy and complaint about my down connection. He approached me almost one month later when i changed my vendor.

Best in terms of internet providers and good customer service. Representative give proper attention to the issue and solve it as quickly as possible

Internet services not satisfactory according to charges.

The customer service staff will block your contact when you complaint or in case they pick your call they say that "ladaka bhej rhe he" but when sometimes a staff member come at home and solve the problem and give suggestions.

But that service is rare as the communication with them is weak and possesses communicational barriers. Like when you call the numbers provided by them the telephone numbers starting with 011 are out of line, and other numbers provided on the receipt are always busy and they generally block your number if your number appear to them frequently.

Well if we customers pay on time and pay the full amount of plan, we deserve a better service when any discrepancy occur at customer's end. Also we customers deserve Internet connection on all days that fall under our paid plan.

But Kanton WIFI just skip the service on some days like they are providing their customers a kind of व्रत some paid days free from internet and best guess I can do their profit from the process is free money they receive.

Not a value for money service but can help the customers detoxify from Internet addiction randomly.

But what about the people who really need this Internet like in education, learning, online transaction, entertainment over a family crisis or difficult times.

This Internet detoxifying process may ruin the minds, work and learning amd hence growth of customers.

Worst experience.net, speed and there so cold customer care executives, everything, if there is any option i would like to give that (-100). Their employees are toooo rude and very low in case of manners.nd even don't know how to talk.even every time they misbehave with customers.they behave like that they provide us intrernet service free of cost.very very disappointe with myself for choosing this network an deal with this type of people.

Worst service, unqualified staff even they don't hear your complains and you fill find them on the first day of month demanding charges when their wifi don't work for even half a month, genuinely advising not to use their services.
