Unfortunately, I came back disappointed. Had gone there reading the reviews and was very hopeful to get my Nikon P600 revived as it had been dead for some time. Was asked to come back after 3 hours after submitting the camera with them. When I returned I was told to check the status of my camera with a nearby shop. That guy told its some motherboard issue and chances of repair are minimal but still I can leave the camera if I wish and he will let me know if anything can be done.

I was not that disappointed with the fact that my camera came back unrepaired but more with the fact that Kapil ji didn't even check it since I had specially gone there for him.

I cannot thank Kapil ji enough for his patience and kindness. He was sweet enough to take a look at my camera before I was leaving for a holiday. Best doctor for all the cameras n lenses. Kapil n his team is professional and has built a trust over the years. He makes you understand the problem and sorts things out. From DSLR to GoPros, he has his hands of expertise.

Expertise in repair and also they won't recommend you to repair something until necessary. Great on advice for Camera and Lenses too. The shop is now located above the ground floor, going little up and turning left from the stairs.

Even though it's a small shop but the work they do is amazing. Got old Nikon camera fixed at a good reasonable price.

Genuine and true by heart, meeting him is always a wonderful experience for me as he always inspires me with his dedication he puts in to analyse the problem and solve it no time.
Seeing him working on my DJI Gimbal where people have actually given up to repair made me emotional. He politely said Ravi bhai bhaitho dekhta hun me. And in no time he could finally find the problem and repaired it.

He repairs my Canon 5D IV body and 24-105mm lens which stop working. This person is very professional and cool. I never repair my camera outside the authorized center but this time I want immediate service I found this guy on the web and he did his job very fast with professionalism.

Highly professional work, which is not suprprising, given Kapil's experience working with all top camera brands. I loved the attention to detail he has given and for the fact that he has painstakingly created a beautiful waiting area for his clients to wait while the work gets done, if they so wish. The premium he would have to pay for this extra space shows his consideration and respect for his clients.

I had an issue with my 60D not detecting lenses. He requested 2 hours to fix it and called me back to let me know it was done in about an hour. Highly satisfied with the service provided.
