This used to be a great store. I have been buying my consumer electronics from this store all my life. I am not sure what has changed, but the products being sold are now either defective or of low quality. I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator and it stopped cooling within a few days of purchase. I am still struggling with the Whirlpool service center to get my issue addressed (between not able to diagnose issue and Covid Lockdown). Few months later, I then purchased a Hitachi Windows AC and now it has stopped cooling in less than two months of usage. I will now be reaching out to Hitachi Service centre to deal with the issue. My suggestion is to look for other stores. I, for sure, am not going to buy anything more from this store.
