I purchased a Okaya Tubler inverter battery. Dealer delivered the battery at home but couldn't show any reliable date of manufacture. Though the bill carried a sticker of the similar number on the product but code bar could not confirm any such date and scan decoded suggested the number belongs to non of the product. The guys came to fix the battery were two simple Labourers who knew nothing about their job. They haphazardly fixed and disappeared. I had to attend my dentist appointment and rushed for. But after even few hours, the inverter was unable to supply the current. I had to call the electrician to settle the mess created by the two labourers. Though the owner is humble and ready to change the battery. I decided to believe him on the issue of date of manufacture and to avoid further headache to face the same untrained staff and agreed to keep the battry.

A little surprised by seeing so many negative reviews about the owner being rude or abusive. I ordered an inverter today and the owner was extremely polite and helpful. The rates were competitive, the delivery was prompt and the owner was co-operative.

BIG CHEATERS. Be careful they will loot u very sweetly. Moment they get their money they will just RUN AWAY. Never to show back again. Mind my words they r BIG ZERO. CURSE THEM IN WHATEVER WAY U WANT. BIG DEFAULTERS. I hope my review will alert customer. And set these people right in their dealings with customers.

One of the worst Battery dealer i have ever met. I bought a battery for my royal enfield 500 cc which was defected and when i called me he asked me to service station. I went to service station and got the exchange papers, company asked me to get replacement from him. He again gave me defected battery which he kept in a new box. Again i contacted him and he stop lifting my calls. Stay aware from these crooks.m.

Never buy from him. He dont know how to speak with his customers. If you come for any replacement or warranty issues he will speak in different tone.
