One of the worst hospita. Be alert don't put your life at risk for going there for delivery.they will make u fool and forcefully make it c section.bathroom are very dirty a d there staff and doctors are very rude and make money by mis guided.we suffer there and regret why we went that hospita. BE CAREFULL FROM THIS CERCUSE HOSPITAL!

Updated treatment all facilities are available like casualty, emergency, OPD 24hrs open from my side 4 star.

Horrible predators. I had an accident in May 2023 due to the negligence of a car driver. The car driver took me to Kapoor Medical Centre as it was nearby. I and my wife were on a scooty and both had fractures. The hospital staff took X Rays and suggested surgery. I said that I wanted a second opinion and the owner of the hospital started misbehaving. He connived with the car driver and let him escape and asked me to pay the bill. Me & my wife both had fractures and were not in a position to argue so we paid the bill but will never forget the bitter experience this doctor gave us. Shame on you.

DO NOT visit this medical centre at all. Even govt hospitals are better sanitised than theirs. My brother was admitted there for 4days. Their room charges are more than that of 5star hotels, yet you can see they are not even providing garbage bins and cockroaches are roaming here and there. They never do pest control.
When a patient is admitted, he has to be under supervision of one doctor, but in this medical centre 5-6 various doctors visits you and they give their opinion.
Their meal served to patients isn't edible.
The senior doctors cant even tell you exactly whats the issue. I dont know what is their problem. They at all never discuss the issue with the patient or patient's family.
They try to overcharge you.
Management is worst.
On 2nd day we were shifted from one to another room (deluxe to super deluxe), they didn't even informed us about the hiked charges of the room. While billing it was only presented to us. We raised question, they were unable to answer us properly.
When you pay you're supposed to know what are you paying for.
So never visit this medical centre. It was our mistake, learn from our mistake, dont visit there.

I have submitted my papers but can one believe it takes 4 hours to check out of this place it’s horrible service doctors are very good rest nurses staff hospitality billing I would give one star don’t except five star service here

Very bad and worst hospital I seen ever in Delhi NCR STAFF not care for patients i am never recommend this hospital to any one, facilities are poor GDA staff response is poor with patient and attend room service and cleaning bad any Room is not cleaned, there is no bedding of the patient. This is useless hospital 3rd service pls don't recommend any one. The locks of the room are bad, there is no cleanliness in the washroom, there is a lot of smell.

The admins and staff are considerate and helpful. They are patient friendly and professional.
The ultrasound and Xray staff is very accurate and skilled.
The medical facilities are to the point and hospital has a very clean and hygienic environment.
The hospital provides all facilities including the Lab, dental clinic, emergency medicine, pharmacy and general OPD and surgery.
The doctors are competent and attentive towards every patient.
Overall a good medical centre.

The staff here is just way too lazy and not ready to help or work for the patients. Money is what matters for this place.
Worst experience so far.

Avoid this hospital. Seems like paid reviews are posted here. All services are bad no doctor visit till the afternoon, at the time of admission they will give you ac room after payment was done and insurance part done. They will give you non AC room. In Insurance receipt also they will mention ac delux room. But in reality this was one baddest hospital ever.

Good rooms, good staff, humble doctors and listens you well and resolve your queries. Being a regular visitor here I have built strong trust. Strongly recommended.

I am very happy with the services provided to me at this center. Dr Kaushik treated my wife who was in bad shape due to dengue. She is absolutely fine now and we are very pleased with Kapoor Medical Center and all the nurses and the staff

Worst hospital i have ever seen.guys all other reviews are fake.staff sitting on reception has no sense of talking with customers.better avoid dis mismanaged place.

Good hospital and nice facilities along with great nursing care. While indoor patients are Regularly under the observations of qualified and experienced Doctors.
I have get treatment for my son Adarsh Swaroop under the experienced doctor i.e Dr. Sanjeev Suri who keep regular watch on the treatment.

My daughter was admited for dehydression.staff are supportive but If you will not take serious by yourself don't accept too much facilities you will get.will not take initiative by doctor and facility staff. (Chal raha hi chalne do) some doctor are too good Hospital's room is not good according to price.

It's clean and co-operative staff, all types of doctors are available here. I m happy with the services.
