Worst service provider, After 8PM you can't connect with them for any issue no customer care available after 7 or 8. After every 2-3 days net will down for hours. I am still using this Ghatiya internet bcoz there is no any other option.they just maintaing there monopoly Nothing else.
Bad experience with all the team…not even a single time always facing problems…always says your rechrge dues for last month…very very bad experience.not handled a single client by a single caller…that’s the main reason for confusion…

Poor Services, Pathetic Services I have ever seen in my life.specially the contact center team, they are extremely lazy and lethargic people on the planet. Owner of the company might be a good human being but this call center team is good for nothing. Other big internet providers are not serviceable in this area, and contact center team understands thier monopoly in the market. That's why they are treating thier customers very badly, they use to shout back if customer is straggling with the bad internet servies. Owner of the company should look into it and try to solve this issue, this is the genuine feedback which I'm writing right now, please do not take this otherwise. Thank you
Good internet service provider. Got appropriate speed as the plan of 60Mbps. Rare downtime. Customer service is also good they listen to the problems and solve it on priority in 3-4 hours. They were providing internet when not even single provider was there in our area. So that's a plus.
Very bad service they provide most of the time no internet service available nd if I trying to contact them they always say they are sending technicians at door bt they are useless
Worst service i ever seen, unprofessional, always issue with net or high latency issue, need to call 5-6 time in a week, If you're working night shift, i suggest please don't use their services because thier phone always in switch off mode, I'm giving 1star because I don't have any option to give them no star. It would be very helpful if any one suggest any other internet provider.
The two stars are only there because God said be grateful, well I try to be. The internet service this isp provides is horrendous to say the least, the speed is always less than what we pay for, the internet goes anytime and anyday but there are a lot of factors that contribute to it, I get that, but their customer service is the worst, they don't answer the call when needed, it's always either busy or switched off, and the times when they do answer, some unprofessional woman answers the call and I doubt she knows anything about internet. Well folks, save your money and find a better provider.
Services are hell, always speed issues and charges are even though higher than markets. Taking benefits as they are monopoly. I don't think have even some self respect.
बेहद ख़राब इंटरनेट सेवा. फ़ोन इनका प्रधानमंत्री ऑफिस से भी ज़्यादा बिज़ी रहता है. कस्टमर तो भगवान भरोसे ही होगा. सर्विस की ज्यादातर अच्छी रेटिंग ऑफिस वालों की लगती है. 10 में सर्विस के लिए 3 और कस्टमर सर्विस के लिए 1 देना सही होगा. पैसे बताएंगे 500/ 50 mps के लिए.
Very poor service, every day their internet server went down when u try to call them their number will be busy aur switch off and to fix any issue they say it will take around 4-8 hours, I only know how irritated this. Don't recommend to any one check with other provider.
Customer service is not up to the mark. In starting days their service was good but now I have to call them 5-6 time within a month for internet breakdown And the duration of this breakdown is 2-3 hours everytime. Because of this I was unable to take my classes and meetings. They don't answer your call in their working hours, when internet is down in your area. And even if they have picked up the call by mistake, they will always say that switch the device off and on, इंटरनेट ठीक हो जाएगा. They don't care about anything except money and won't do anything on complaint.
I am jus fed up with the service. The call executives were sitting only without any reason they have only one word just wait n wait. They don't even know the time. How much time it will take? We trust n pay. Why we don't get the clear response. It's not about one day it happen always.
One of the worst internet service provider in the locality. They have a pathetic customer service female representative. She doesn't know how to interact with the customer. She would keep on asking about the details of your all year paid bills as they don't keep proper record in their books. When you inform her about the payment have already been paid, she would deny straight away and would tell you 'lier'. I wish somebody make him trained for the customer handling. God bless them!
Starting me service badhiya tha lekin ab vo mja nahi h internet bhot frequently connection down ho jata h or in k pass koi javab nahi hota muje to lgata h khud he band kr k mje lete h 60Mbps for 600 lekin aye gi 30 se 45 k bech me he kabhi kabhi 48 bhe chali jati h
Worst internet, i don’t know why i have continued for 6 months with there internet after suffering with that problem again & again, there CustomerCare is not responsive they don’t care whether the customer is suffering with problem or not they use to delay every time that they will look after to the problem but they even don’t care if you will follow up with them on call again and again after 2 to 3 days they will see the problem and even after that their is no surety that the problem will be resolved. I have many things in my life to do but they think my only work is to follow them to resolve my internet problem: -Frustated customer
According to their official working their working hours are till 9 pm, but i can guarantee you that they don't even answer your calls in working hours, worst internet with fake speed commitment their maximum bandwidth is 1 mbps per connection, whereas if you are still receiving more speed, that is due to other wifi users are inactive at that time, most of the time there internet is down and infact they will not even hesitate to blame your router, but once your router is changed they will change their statement that we can only provide you limited speed only. I am paying them for 100 mbps but in response i only receive 20 to 30 mbps max to max and that to very unstable speed.
