Very worst doctor, and worst hospital, people are here money minded, they don't guide you properly and they will ruin your health, dont treat yourself here otherwise you will end up giving on star

No regard for senior citizens and the doctors are always late to the clinic. OPD consultation Patients often and online consultation Patients often have to wait long hours. Even for small things they take full consultation fee but hardly provide the time the patient desire, moreover the nursing and the reception staff is rude and uncoordinated. Request the doctors to be attentive to their Patients and not take leave of absence so often and come late to their clinics.

Whether food, nursing, water, washroom

This hospital is very good and they have better facilities then other hospitals in gangapur city. Staff have good behaviour with patients.doctor Kartik and doctor seema good in their work and listen to patients complaints carefully.

Doctor is money minded always in a hurry. Never listen to the patient. Tell to do tests through their commission based lab. Worst experience.

Very bad Doctor mr.sridhar sir, doesn't explain anything to the patients clearly, he was my family doctor and my father had ckd since 2016 and every year we did kft test in karthik nursing home but docter didnt told anything to my father, during last year covid times also we contancted him but after seeing the reports he wrote medicines and told there are many imbalances in reports, he need to get admitted in the hospital but we got to know father had ckd from other doctor who guided us, now he is on dialysis and also you cant call him on his personal number, if you call him he says first call the reception, pay the fees and then reception person will take you on conference call, not a good doctor, please dont waste your time here and only money minded people are here, if he told us earlier then we would have pushed the dialysis, due to his fault we didnt know anything and now father is on dialysis

Warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. M. Shridhar taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. This was our 2nd time here.

My wife is diagnosed with cholecystitis (Gall bladder stone) Dr M Sridhar performed the gall bladder surgery. Dr Sridhar is a good doctor having a long experience. Hospital staff is well behaved.

My mom had operation of gall bladder which was successful And she is fine now, doctors of the hospital was very nice and staff also.

Money is the motive and not providing treatment. Went to the doctor for treatment in Oct 21. He wrote some tests and was told to show the test result. Meanwhile the doctor went for a 2 month leave. I personally visited the clinic 5 times. Every time I was told a new date when the doctor will be available. Also was told to show reports to juniors which I didnot want.
Now when the doctor has come back after 2 months, I am being told to pay Rs 800 again just to show the reports. If the doctor was going on leave, the patient should be informed so that I could see another doctor.

Please don't go to this nursing home these people are only money minded. Don't get convinced by their South Indian doctors. Due to their wrong diagnosis my grandfather got prostate gland operation which was not at all required they made fake report which was later confirmed by Sri Ganga Ram hospital after operation based on their reports. And before that this nursing home also recommended to use Catheter which later caused him Septicemia and his life span decreased and now he's no more. Don't go to this place they have the worst doctors and diagnosis.

I would rate it 3* if you see the premises and small rooms in retiring building but 5* rating for the Doctor who runs the hospital and genuine treatment provided by him at genuine rates even being located at such expensive locality.

It is a useless hospital, I have taken mediclaim, even after that I have told so much cost that I did not even get treatment in the hospital.
The ladies who were at the reception did such a messy behavior

Pathetic services. Unprofessional rude staff. Unhygenic place. Doctor was too rude and charge so high and misguided my patient concerns

What a non-sense staff this Kartik nursing home is having, I am shocked. They dont know how to deal with the patient who is already suffering from headache and want to examine BP only. The staff is playing a game on phone but do not have time to check BP of the patient. Ohh God please help those who were already admitted in this Kartik Nursing Home & Urology centre in janakpuri.

Visited this place on 11th November 2020 and I had a totally third grade sarkari hospital kind of experience I don’t know about the knowledge of the doctor Sridhar but he certainly did not have any etiquettes whatsoever to deal with a patient I was charged Rs. 800 but was not given even 30 seconds of consultancy. He didn’t even tell me what ailment I am suffering from and straight away told me that I will have to undergo a surgery.he didn’t even let me in his cabin and asked about my problem in front of six other patients in the waiting area. I will not recommend anybody to visit this Karthik hospital Or Dr. Sridhar

My brother had a 50mm stone $ operated under Dr. M Sridhar. Happy with treatment $ staff helpful.
