Karuna hospital nurses are very good. They take care for their patient seriously. Nurse Priya badal is really nice and her nature too. She treats really well for patients. If i will talk about dieticians, miss nikhita Sharma is very good dieticians and she provides proper diet to patients.

It was really great experience of mine, there I blessed with a baby boy, although my husband wanted a girl, apart from that hospital experience is excellent and Dr. Archana Gupta is really humble and experienced and always she guided for best and treated like family.

They have fake degree and poor knowledge rajeev Gupta and Praveen Garg both are money minded. Even I not going to be single star

I visited yesterday night for a health emergency and I had informed them I have a Insurance policy through my corporate office and I was so disappointed when they told me your policy is just newly you have received on 16th of march you would need to wait at least one month completion from the date of received policy.
And after that one another person who were sitting inside the cabin in TPA ROOM. Told me I’ll send your file for an approval if they rejected your file for any reason we will not be responsible for any loss and that time you would need you pay your whole patient charges whatever it’s.
That time I realised these people trying to denial to take Insurance patient they are money eaters. They had took 5000₹ Advance security for some purpose and I had to gave them at counter and they told me this will be refunded within one working day.
So after that I decided not to take any treatment from them I asked that person who filled my file I had told him to cancel my file and initiate my refund of 5000₹.
Wow I was surprised to hear that what he told me I’ll deduct 200₹ of file from this amount and in next 24hours you will received your amount into your bank account and strange here is I still did not received my refund yet I followed up thrice on Their website number twice a time they hung up my phone without saying anything and after that one girl picked up and said call is tomorrow morning right we can’t help you in that case…!
My only concern is that if hospital having that much issues while admitting insurance patient they should mentioned on their counter that we will not accept.

Sounds like they trying me to pay my whole bills from my pocket after the patient check up.

Why is my policy for which is worth 2Crore so dissatisfied and I will never recommend to anyone visit to this hospital.

Better is to visit any Govt hospital way better at least they don’t treat you like a customer.

Failed staff, First the staff said that the doctor will come at 8 o'clock PMand then we asked after one hour they said that the doctor will come till 11 o'clock PM while the patient's condition is serious, I asked that should I give him some food to eat as, he is hungry from last 24 hours, then they said that wait for some time we are consulting, then one of the sister to check patient she said doctor
will come late. Then the doctor arrived. See this Doctor didn't arrive when we needed him but we tell tto discharge then everyone should come to talk PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS HOSPITAL IN GOOD OMES THIS IS WORST.

Dr. Archna gupta is a worst doctor. I will recommend not to take your wife to her. Me and my wife had really bad experience with her.

I request everyone to not take any one to Karuna hospital. When my father had Heart attack he was taken to Karuna. Doctors said that they do not have any equipments and asked to take him to GTB hospital. My father was alive that time. Doctor available in Karuna Hospital did not bothered to give any first aid service.
They are so careless. If they would have given my father atleast First Aid service he would have been Alive Today.
And it was my father who supported and helped the Doctor Rajeev to start Karuna Hospital during his tenure as RWA President Dilshad Colony A, B, D, E Block.

Hospital is good, doctors are very nice and advised very correctly but on 24.12.2019 sharp 9 AM two girls sitting at reception with Music and both lady play music in mobile and she Don't know why people came hospital. I want to give 5 starts for doctors but I am giving 3 stars durle to both ladies behaviour and while I am came to pay my charges both ladies are very busy in discussion on Leaves and takes selfie on reception.

Absolutely poor services. The doctors gave me expired medicine which could have worsened my situation. We were made to wait for more than an hour despite the fact that we had an appointment. I was falsely diagnosed after all the hassle. The doctors were arrogant and don't seem to know what they are doing. They are businessmen and not doctors at all. I am disgusted.

Dr. Rajiv Gupta is not well mannered and do not having good behaviour with patients while paying 500/- appointment fee and I will suggest to people please don't go to Karuna hospital Dilshad garden Delhi.because they have earned lot of money so they don't give the value to new comer patients.

Note-My mother has gone for thyroid treatment and doctor Rajiv Gupta forgot thyroid medicine which was for one month dosage while thyroid parameters was high in test report.
So I will say this is a big mistake of the doctors. Which should not be bearable.

Very bad for appointment and bad staff experience. Only money making hospital, doctors are irresponsible. Dr prescribed medicine you can't purchase from any other chemist bad experience with karuna hospital pharmacy they haven't proper machnisum to treat patients don't go karuna hospital

Pathetic hospitality with a bunch of unexperienced people.
Baby was born but they didn't give any birth vaccinations. Also not informed us that they have given or not. We didn't ask coz we heard and thought that they are mandatorily to be vaccinated at the time of birth and hospital would have performed their duty well.
BCG and Polio we arranged from outside but Hep B was missed as it has to be given at the time of birth only. Please do not play with the life of new born children.
They will not advise and tell u anything unless asked.
Wife's experience inside the OT was also not good at all. Nurses are careless.
Hospital is also unclean and untidy.
Parking is also not available.
Also they do not have any fixed packages for delivery like other hospitals. You were told to be paid something else but end up paying a bigger amount despite of all above issues.
Not even worthy of 1 star. Not recommended at all for baby birth or any other facility if u really care.

Good hospital for normal treatment. Dr. Rajiv Gupta and Mr. Sinha are good doctors, but apart from above doctors, duties doctors are not good. So go with appointment only with above doctors and avoid visit in emergency when duty doctors available. Now-a-days i feel Mr. Rajiv gupta is too busy.

Third class hospital.dr.atul gupta orthopaedics is unproffesional he did my grand mother femur fracture surgery and charge excessive money for surgery nd test.after surgery my grand mother could not stand on her leg she have continous pain after treatment but dr.atul not give satisfying reason.
Dont go to karuna hospital.
Dr.atul gupta is unproffesional.and staff is like so called roobers difference is that they charge money without gun.

Staff of Hospital is not professional, they treate patient like a govt.hospital. I lost my wife becoz of this hospital. She had brain tumer and they were treating her Cervical for 2.5 Months and even not suggested for CT Scan in 6 OPD sitings as they dont have CT scan facility and when she had fits they immediately ask us to shift somewhere else as they dont have Nero department. I lost my wife at age of 35 due to their negligence. I dont want you to lose your family member. Even I dont want to give them 1 star.

I think this is very good hospital but the fee is very very high many of them not able to afoard it. So please check your money condition while entering in it.
