KAYA PUSA roads staff aré extremely professional, they stick to their appointment times and the treatments are dealt with patience. All there treatments are guided and handled by experienced technicians and client concerns are addressed immediately. My experience with Neha Dubbey who was my technician and Dr. Saiejal Gupta who over saw the treatment was commendable.

I decided to take kaya skin treatments 3 weeks before my wedding and it was a great decision. I got aqua facial, q switch and mesotherapy done and saw instant results within a matter of days. Doctor sejal and kaya therapist kajal, kiran, ruma were very helpful throughout all treatments. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve had a wonderful and hassle free experience at Kaya Pusa Road. I had my inhibitions about laser hair reduction at first but the therapists there made it really easy. Even for the smallest procedure the doctor explains everything and the therapist carries it out really well. So far the results have been good. Special shout out to Geetanjali and Neha, the therapist who did most of my sessions. Kiran and Kajal did a great job too. So you won’t be disappointed even if your regular therapist is unavailable as they’ve maintained a good standard across the clinic.
Smart, well turned out, soft spoken and methodical workers at clinic. Especially, services provided by therapist Kiran has helped me accomplishing the desired results, she holds the balanced personality with professional qualities. She truly cares and ensure that the customers are satisfied.

Not satisfied with there service at all. No results. The only objective of kaya is to earn money offering you different products rather than providing you results on service that you already availing. Unprofessional staff, lack of knowledge, just trying to convince you to buy new products. I will not recommend it at all. Girls your body is important don't take chance to put it on wrong hands like Kaya.
Bad service. Akriti Walia (Manager at pusa road) - unprofessional behaviour. Staff is unprofessional, lack of responsibility. They will ask you to remind them rather they remind you about information that you asked for and which is delayed because of their poor network in system. There only objective is to earn money from people rather than solution.
Pathetic service. No executive have problem solving behaviour. Spoke with Pusa Road manager Aakriti Walia. She told me the company protocol and come up with no solution. Unprofessional staff. You need to convey your problem to each one and no one has authority to solve that. They have 1 thing to say harmonal dis balance for every problems. Will not recommend it at all. Beware of unprofessional staff. It’s simply waste of money, energy, time moreover you put your assets (body) on risk by trusting them. 1 star is even more.

I got my sessions done by Kiran at Pusa Road clinic, she is amazing. She did my sessions well and I was satisfied with her services. She truly cares about the patient’s results and is very sweet.
5 star rating is just for Ms. Kiran Sharma, Kaya Therapist. She is well versed in her nature of duties, work ethics, services, and counseling of clients for several services which will be good for them. Recently, I visited the clinic for my regular laser maintenance and asked her about some other services offered by Kaya and she explained everything in detail such as how the product will be consumed, how often you must take the service, whether there will any result on my skin, etc. This kind of nature helps any client to take an informed decision. In my opinion, if you visit Kaya Pusa Road skin clinic, please do consult her for any service you want to take. Happy to have Kiran as my KT.
Dr Parul is an excellent dermatologist with exceptional people skills. Ms Neha, who is one of the staff members is especially diligent and patient with the treatment. Ms Kirti, who looks after the administrative issues at the clinic is well equipped with all the client management and other skills required for her role. Over all its a friendly clinic with excellent staff. They don't exaggerate and give sound advice, highly recommend it. I have been a regular here for more than 4 years now.

In the beginning I was a bit sceptical of laser and all. But thanks to Dr Parul Singh. It’s like my dream come true of completely even skin tone, comparatively less acne and dr didn’t exaggerate about the results but explained what to expect and what precautions to be taken. Thanks a lot to therapist kiran and the kaya group.

I am now a regular customer at Kaya Pusa Road. The best clinic to avail exclusive services with utmost care, following total COVID protocols. Cosmo peel that I undertook was Done by Dr Parul and Ms Neha, they are experts and I got the best service. Session was really nice. I would highly recommend this place and service.
First i was thinking of other brand to visit for my skin problem, but in between some how i met with annu, who was already working on for this clinic suggested me to visit the brach once. And because of her i visited the clinic there she explained my problem and suggested me treatment. After 11 days i finally go for that treatment, and to my surprise the treatment was so effective that my skin problem is not at all visible now and i am so thankfull to annu who helped me as an angle and helped me for my problems. The other staff on that clinic was also so much coprative and treated me as family not a client. Highly recommended this clinic from my side for all skin problems, as all my skin problems got solved.

Great Experience, I usually get my facials done from here as well as Pain free Laser removal. Neha is the best service provider, with lots of experience and is great with her equipment handling and knowledge of products! She pays extra attention to an individuals needs! Love their service!
Certain attempts become priceless when the staff on service is cooperative, understanding and sympathetic towards their client's concern. I was glad to get such service from one of Kaya's supportive staff, Anam. She was polite, considerate and dutiful.

I have just gone through facial session (KT: Vidushi) it was awesome experience. If you really wanna experience fruitful facial experience then get it done by same KT named Vidushi who is polite, diligent and humble in approach. Kudos Vidushi.
At initial stage, employees of Kaya Pusa Road Clinic will paint a beautiful picture of giving top notch service and that too for good amount of sessions in less amount. You'll have encounter with fraudsters i.e, Ms. Shivani (Front Desk Handler) and Ms. Annu Bohot (Kaya Therapist) and Dr. Priyanka (Dermatologist) who are trained by Kaya themselves for duping innocent customers including me.
These above mentioned employees promised me 36 sessions of full body hair reduction in approximately Rs. 60000/- and trusting Shivani, Annu Bohot and Dr. Priyanka, I made a one shot payment of such hefty amount from my hard earned savings.
After just 5 sessions of full body laser hair reduction Ms. Annu Bohot and Ms. Shivani informed me over phone that my sessions have exhausted and 36 sessions mean "36 body parts" and hearing these words I was shocked to core and got cheated by them.
Beware from these cheating and fraudulent ladies they'll promise something and then will later reveal a dirty picture of fraud done by them.
Moreover, Kaya should not provide training of i.e, "Duping the customers" and must stop recruitment of frauds.
Dear commoners please beware before you fall prey to Kaya Clinic, Pusa Road employees in particular, Dr. Priyanka, Ms. Shivani and Ms. Annu Bohot as they're just looking for opportunity to extract money from your pockets and not providing services as promised.

Very poor customer service. There’s no way to resolve an issue if in disagreement after money is in their hands. I’ve taken full body hair removal and paid all money at once as some scheme was going on. But I regret it every time I go there.
Pusa road’s clinic manager, Mrs. SWATI doesn’t let me complete my sentences when I’m talking to her. She literally interrupts in between every sentence. Being a manager one at least expects that they’ll at least listen and resolve your issue. At least will let you me complete your sentences and not cut everything you say before knowing what they are saying. I’m asking her something, she is assuming something and replying something. It’s all a mess! How can one talk to people like this who don’t listen and simultaneously talking with you? Who do I turn to?
No one, their customer service is so poor, I’ve tried calling them but they can’t help as customer care department have to say or control over clinic. They always tell you to mail, which takes ages to reply. The session date is gone by that moment the issue you complaint for is already past.
People are not even properly trained and shave the unnecessary area around the patch selected, which leads to hair growth in those other areas, not covered in previous sessions. It’s like a vicious circle with more and more hair getting shaved and you wondering on what bad day I went to kaya and caught myself in such situation.

It was a good experience visiting Kaya. Their attention to detail, safety measures and hygiene standards are well maintained. The products are also quite good. I went their for a fractional laser and was very well taken care by Vidushi in the staff. Thank you Kaya.
Had a very satisfying and relaxing experience for hair spa. The place is hygienic and staff (Annu) very competent, polite and respectful. My previous experiences with Neha and Kriti were equally satisfying
I had the most amazing, satisfying and fulfilling experience with Kaya Pusa road branch since my first visit in January. Thanks to Neha and Kirti (staff) I love visiting Kaya not just as a chore but to have a great time. Not only are they comforting and great with their meticulous service but also are a great company. The doctors are also very helpful and took complete care of my skin ailments. I am already begining to see the change in my skin. I still have sessions to go but I feel nothing but positive about the final outcome.
I wish I could give a negative star. Dr. Priyanka Singh is working more for herself than for Kaya. I went in for a session of peel at this branch. I'm a regular a phoolbagan branch of Kolkata. They could see my records, what peels I've been taking, what my skin condition is.she suggested am out of the way TCA peel over the general salicylic. All this while she was just gonna apply the solution! While I can barely think or make a decision. She did a comedogenic extraction that was painful right brfore the TCA. It burnt! After the peel she casually mentions I can experience frosting. I was shocked. I didn't know what to do, I immediately ran this through the doctor at my clinic and she said "oh my God" Then Dr. Priyanka Singh sat down to ezplexp how I should get a PRP from her, showed my pictures of her own clinic! I just stormed out of there. I had a horrible downtime of one month. Never recommending this branch.
