I’m a long time customer of Kaya. I had a full body laser session at Kaya, Rajouri Garden, Delhi. It’s the worst Kaya clinic I have ever experienced.
The therapist gave me several cuts while shaving and when asked for antiseptic on the bleeding, offered to put pressure on the cuts instead of putting antiseptic. She was in such a hurry that instead of cleaning my skin after the session, she told me to take a bath after reaching home. When I complained to the the on site dermatologist, no action was taken against the therapist, instead I was told to calm down.
I had to come home with bruised skin and cuts all over my body.
I Hope Kaya checks up on the services in all their clinics because this particular experience has left me with no faith in the company.

Edit: Reply to Kaya clinic, Rajouri: I don’t think that will help the fellow customers as long as such ruthless, untrained and insensitive staff is allowed to work on the client’s skin. I hope Kaya takes action against this branch.

The service is amazing. I have been taking kaya services for last 5 years now. The staff here is very helpful and understanding. One can take facial and laser hair reductions. Shabana and Vineeta are very helpful!

Pathetic clinic at Rajouri garden struggling from last one month to take one appointment of photofacial earlier excuses machine not working now no slot availability my pending session refund my money immediately or else I will troll u guys on all social platforms we take packages to realx and rejuvenate not to get harrasment

Hey. I had my laser session from Kaya Rajouri today. This was my 4th session overall and first with Shivali. Have to say, I had the best most satisfying experience today. Last week, Shivali did my facial which was also very relaxing and showed great results. I highly recommend her for both your laser and facial sessions.

Pathetic service. Only the first session is professionally done and from there on they’re just plain unprofessional and careless. Would really suggest Kaya to handle their staff and resources and do not give appointments if they can’t fulfill it. On the top of if, there’s no doctor available to examine and monitor the progress.

Starting from when I entered, the entire staff explained all the details very clearly. The staff is really understanding and make sure everything clear. The staff members named Shivali and Binita did my hair laser therapy. They made sure I am comfortable and satisfied with the work. Really appreciate them and recommend to go here for hair treatment.

I would like to give 5 stars for the kaya therapists Shivali with whom I have taken sessions of laser hair reduction. She is extremely hardworking and well trained. I'm more than happy with her performance, etiquettes, professionalism and their dedication towards their work. She is very helpful and well behaved.

Fraud! They dont know how to deal with customes specially the manager Alka. Just to consume customer's session they upload fake data on their system.

The experience was nice overall. The staff has good training and are knowledgable about the procedures they’re undertaking. Shivali Sodhi was very patient and careful throughout the procedure. She encouraged me to stay engaged and quelled all my doubts.
But now I’m coming across only negative reviews about the procedures undertaken at Kaya pan India. I’ve yet to read anything positive and that makes me terribly concerned if I’ve done the right thing entrusting my faith in them. Their package costs a bomb. No one likes to be duped.

Terrible, Unprofessional and impolite staff. They don’t attend their clients well at the clinic, neither they pick up calls if the client is calling for an appointment. Nor, they have the tendency to call back their client.

About services, they are good. Unfortunately, because of their behaviour, they loose on their plus points on services.
If you don’t treat well your clients, no matter how good you provide the services. It would considered NIL.

Pathetic service.after taking appointment had to wait for 40 mints for my service to start. Param, one of the staff over there was not welcoming.during my facial, staff was coming regularly in the room.i went there for relaxation session not for such disturbance.though the therapist was good.after telling them my experience it was hardly matter to them.never suggest rajouri branch to anyone. Have taken kaya services in Gurgaon branch, they are so professional and ethical. Rajouri staff seems to do their jobs as an majburi.

I have been getting services from Kaya since a long time now. This time it was exceptionally good. Jaspreet kaur did my laser treatment and it felt so smooth and cool throughout the process. I am very impressed by her way of treatment.

Had appointment with Dr. Kaveri for my acne. She suggested peels and products which helped my acne to heal fast.it has been 2 months since I am taking treatment and it has improved alot

Ms Harpreet and Ms Binita are usually my skin therapists at Kaya Rajouri and I really like how they are always suggesting what’s best for my skin. Ms Sahiba at the front desk is equally helpful and accommodating.
The only issue is time management which they as a clinic need to work on.

Had consultation with Dr. Kaveri for my pigmentation.
She advised me peels and lasers and in two sittings only I could see improvement in my pigmentation
I highly recommend her for any skin related issues

They never ever recieved calls once the payment has been done. And their dermatologist most of the time not available. And they never received calls you visit there vthout appointment so nothing could be done. Very dissatisfied

I just started my treatment with Dr Ishita Raka. She is excellent in her works she explained to me what was best for my skin condition, right now only half of my treatment is completed and I am very happy with results I am very impressed the way my skin look now all thanks to doctor Ishita. The staff their at Rajouri garden Kaya is also very professional in their works they helped me adjust the appointment date and time when I was busy due to my work.
