The worst experience.i do not recommend them at all. They will take a lot of money and you will get nothing in return.

Worst Kaya branch ever visited. When approached for the first time, they denied the service stating my number is not registered. After getting that issue resolved by spending 2 weeks worth of time, they keep on cancelling the appointments at the last moment saying that they don't have approprioate staff to provide the session. Really. No staff for hair laser - their signature program.
After 3 months of struggle, we got to know the staffs are back (ofcourse they didn't have courtesy to inform us) and best part is that they said the appointments is not available for next 30days since we haven't booked it in advance. Not sure why 3 months prior booking is not enough for this so called the busiet center in the world. Probably we should have booked it in our childhood days to get an appointment.
General response is please drop a note and feedback on mail. No, I don't want to do that as well since there is absolutely no response.

Mine kaya therapist is Bhawna, she is very caring and very authentic person. She provide my all the details of the services. So far I got the best experiences from kaya. I came here for my acne scars and laser hair reduction and to my surprise i could see the result from the very 1st sitting.all the staff here in preet vihar are friendly, takes good care of clients and have a very good exposure in their respective field.bhawna singh and anushikha are the ones from whom i get my session done and highly satisfied.the dermat too is very cooperative and deals with all the queries very effectively.

I have been using kaya services for 3 yrs now and to be honest, my experience has been so blissfull and delightful. The products are as gentle as they mention and there is no side-effect of the services. Asha and Bhavana mam are so sweet and they handle customer very nicely and the staff I very good and their behaviour is very sweet. The doctors do do tremendous job and they are very experienced.

Took out an appointment with Dr Garima Malik through Practo. Was refused that the appointment existed. Was asked to pay double the charge for booking the consultation in-person and asked to wait another 2 hours for it. Highly unprofessional.

Hygiene is awesome staff is good but lack of visitor's satisfaction in terms of information regarding everything.

After a very long time I visited Kaya Preet Vihar yesterday. I was amazed by the service of the staff. They were so helpful and supportive.

Kaya is for ppl who are already blessed with good skin.but ppl who are actually having skin issue must never visit kaya.my friend and I visited kaya she took a facial costing 5000 and after that she is getting pimples all over her face.she took the best adviced by the doctor available at kaya. They will only try to sell their products anyhow and want you to pay as high as they can.never visit kaya if you value your money.

Kaya is big brand with fake promises. They are NOT Trust worthy at all, they will promise you one thing and will NOT keep their promises.

At the time of enrollment, they promised to give results in 1 sessions. After paying for 3 PRP sessions i didn't get any result, and they said u will get result in 6 sessions.so why didn't they told me this thing earlier before paying for 3 PRP.they didn't even give me complimentary Dermo.

Lip Qswitch were reflected wrongly in their system, I have undertaken only 3 sessions, and 3 sessions are remaining but they told me only 2 are remaining.

Taken up 2 PRP sessions and totally unsatisfied with treatment.

My money got wasted without any sought of relief.

Utterly disappointed. I have so much expectations from Kaya Skin Clinic.

I got my laser hair removal for the first time. And it was an amazing service. I was afraid in the starting regarding pain and all but it was a very good experience.

Worst experience. Waste of money. I wish I could get a refund. Highly disappointed. I don’t even want to give one star.
