Kaya skin clinic is a well know skin treatment provider. I visited its pitampura branch for my facial hair removal session. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Miss. Mohini is my therapist who handles my appointments and does my lower face. She has been wonderful till date. Prior to my sessions, she explained me about what is going to happen and also calls back after some days to check on the progress and if i am facing any side effects. 10 out of 10.highly recommend.

They are cheater pls don't go here i visited here before 15 days for white patches on my face they charge 1000 rs consultation n will refer 1 face wash but waste of time n money no improvement

I visited Kaya pitampura. I was attended by Mrs Kavita sajwan. She's is the best therapist in Kaya she do my facial it is really magic that worked for me nd my skin became very clean nd beautiful everyone was surprised to see my difference. First time experience at kaya and it was awesome. Nisha did their job very efficiently and she was very polite and gentle to us.

They have lately become very unprofessional. Their machines do not work. They cancel appointments last minute. They don’t respect anyone’s time when you come for an appointment.

They tell u to take another therapy if one is not available, without checking what u actually require which can be very dangerous for your skin.

I am going to think twice before renewing my Kaya membership

Vry disappointing.only new trainees handle the customers.they don't have good experience.n in case they did some mistake they evn refuse to accept it n do not make it correct.give wrong advices just to sell their products.not at all polite. "humse paise le kr hume services dene ka ehsaaan krte hai". A vry bad experince

I got my laser hair reduction done by Diya ahuja at Kaya skin clinic. The session was fantastic also they follow all COVID protocols for our safety

I am getting the laser reduction service from this center. The staff is very coordinating and supportive. They give timely updates and handle appointments in a professional way.
My KT is Kavita and she has been lovely all along. She keeps the clients engaged and does the service well too.
I have got good results compared to my original growth. Recommended.

I was extremely unhappy with the services.signature facials.only once I got proper procedure and genuine products.they r not using signature kits for facials.we paid for premium facials n getting normal one. Kaya is a big brand for skincare  when company gives kits for facials, I don't understand why staff don't use those kits for facials. They r making fool of us

I loved the facial done by Manisha at Pitampura branch. She was courteous and did every effort to make me comfortable and also did her job with full heart. I was not satisfied earlier from my facial when some other staff did it and I thought maybe I should not take facials from Kaya, however, this time I am completely satisfied. Thanks Manisha!

It was my worst decision to visit Kaya Clinic - Pitampura Branch.

I went there for upper lips laser hair removal treatment. And they burnt my face in the second session itself. The burn was so severe that it made a hole on my upper lip area. The therapists are not properly trained and are very unprofessional and the treatment is not provided under assistance of any doctor.

I have got a hole on my face for life because of their carelessness and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic for any service whatsoever. They will promise you many things before taking the money but you will end up in disappointment.

Coming to another aspect, after all this happened and we went there to discuss things further, instead of admitting their mistake and what they have done, they had the guts to shout at us and were trying to make excuses and blame us.

I was going through the reviews below, and it was correctly mentioned about Dr. Shweta that she is ill mannered, arrogant and doesn't know how to talk.

They were also not able to provide proper medication after the burn.

There are many better and experienced dermatologists in Delhi. I would suggest doing proper research and then choosing a good clinic, and not a clinic like Kaya Pitampura Branch, where you will end up having injuries for life. You may end up regretting your decision like I did.

PRP and facial is very good in kaya. Manisha you are excilent and knowledgeable girl. Facial is given by Manisha is just WOW. M so glad.

Illiterate staff and they have not manners how to talk with people. Very very bad experience. I'm going with my friend already booked my appointment. But they are not attend us. And talk with us very rudely. They are missguided us and we were waited there almost 6 hours. After that waiting they said you were go back to home we have no appointment for you. And don't listen us.
Please don't go there it's full of time and money waist.

They never pick up the call. I have tried calling several times. When they want to sell a package they call you again and again. After you purchase it they stop attending the call.

I have taken Laser Hair Reduction Treatment from Kaya and I have had good experience. I have taken multiple services from Ranjhana Kandari Ji. She does procedure with max precautions, causing minimum pain. She always ensures that I am comfortable during the sessions and helps to ensure I get best results of treatment.

Good services nd well staff. Kavita mam also help me regarding best offer nd services. My skin has improved after join clinic. She has done herr job very honestly nd full of heart.

Excellent service, I am going to kaya pitampura from 2 months, products and services are very good. This time my therapist was done my Jyoti, she did my face laser very nicely, she has great knowledge about skin and is very good at her work.

Weird place and staff. Multiple people will call you to get appointment fixed with no clue of the background through out the day but when you go there no appointment will be booked on your name.
Couldn’t understand the whole management process of booking a schedule which is very smooth and simple has been made crazy.

Took my second session of laser hair reduction for face from Kaya. The staff at Kaya clinic, Pitampura is very professional and polite. They'll guide you properly and clear all your doubts. Vidushi did my first session and Ranjana did my second session and both of them are exceptionally good and understand your face condition and guide you accordingly. Would highly recommend Kaya skin clinic Pitampura.

5 stars to the session. Ms Jyoti conducted very nice and comfortably. There were some issues in reaching out through to the Pitampura centre. Need for an active service for booking/rescheduling of appointments.

I had once given them 5 star rating but the service has degraded at this centre. The Doctor and the management is quite immature and money minded. No proper consultation. The previous staff and Doctor were much better, understanding l, considerate and provided perfect consultation and treatments.

I had called this clinic yesterday at the given number. They told me to come to the clinic at 12: 30 pm. I went there, though I was late I was told that there is no appointment booked on my name. I kept waiting for the Doctor even when the doctor came she didnt bother to meet but she did fonsult other people. No proper response given. Even during my previous laser session I was sent the wrong bill on my email address. Would again mention the services were much better till last year.
