I’ve been coming here for a few laser hair removal sessions, and I must say that Wendy and Lynda, along with the rest of the staff, are great. The laser sessions are practically painless, and the results are great! Highly satisfied!

I've been getting my laser hair reduction treatment at kaya clinic and I've had a very good experience! The service is amazing! My therapist Ms. Lynda was excellent with everything. She was very accomodating and sweet and ensured I was comfortable with each step!

Have been a regular customer of Kaya for all services since last couple of years. All the therapists are professionally qualified and take personal care since I have taken services from nearly all of them at some point of time.
Recently I undertook a derma facial and Ms. Mary was my therapist. She provided me with excellent and relaxing massage patiently which seemed to have melted my stress completely.

Kaya Vasant Kunj is truly service and comfort oriented. I have been a regular since 2019. The beauticians are efficient and caring. A special mention of Pinky Biswas who has been my laser beautician for 4 years. She has an eye for beauty and detail, very consistent, and knows the customers' pulse. I am floored by Kaya's service.

Very professional but parallelly very polite too. I really appreciate their behaviour as well as their work. People I met like with parul, marry Pinki, shama, Sonam and Anjali and all the entire staff they are really friendly, polite and work really hard.

Very good ambiance and very coperative staff specially Pinky Biswas dealing very effectively and solve my all queries regarding my face and all the staff members are so humble in nature.

He and she denied giving me any price information.
They just pick up call, that’s it.

Is that their duty?
No way.
They should be reception.

And they denied phone talking before visiting, then they turn off phone suddenly 3times.

Few days back I had facial from kaya. The experience was great and Kaya staff is very polite & humble (specially there is two staff Sonam & Anjali both are very nice well know about there work. I had very good experience.) ️

I got my laser hair treatment done from Kaya Skin clinic recently in Ambience mall, Delhi. The team is an exceptionally skilled one and the dermatologists there are top class as well as very well qualified. Ms. Anjali Rana is so professional and knowledgeable with her work. It's high time people start identifying manipulative and fraudulent low class service providers like Kaya, find better alternatives and dump them.

Irresponsible reception staff. I had consulted at Kaya clinic, ambience mall, last Sunday, when I was advised peel and laser for my acne scars. I wasn’t told on date of appointment to visit at the spot but got message that it is scheduled two weeks later. I called reception to ask if it can be accommodated this Sunday itself. She said she will let me know soon, and didn’t respond. I followed up everyday since Wednesday till today (Saturday) and the response is same. Answer can be either yes or no, to reschedule. Why does it take so much time to respond. I would be happy if there was a response even if it was a no. But none. Very unprofessional.

Update - Kaya clinic reception got back to me, in call, and informed that I can get my appointment this Sunday itself as I requested. Hope this experience doesn’t repeat during my course of treatment at KAYA.

I would have given negative stars if it was possible. This entire thing is nothing but a charade. Just an elaborative marketing and sales scam where they promise you results with treatments which can be done at half the price from the best doctors in the city.
They actually guaranteed me results and reneged on their word. I doubt the credibility of the positive reviews based on the experience.

I have been visiting Kaya due to professional services provided by professional specialist like Pinky. She is one of the best therapist I have come across the world. A very hard working through professional.
I wish her good luck and best wishes for her future endeavors. She is instrumental in treating my two daughters and wife for the last four years plus

Very bad experience with Kaya vasant kunj. I went there for treatment. I have been taking their medicines and products for 2 months but there is no effect.

Kaya clinic has been phenomenal with their services. The staff and the doctors are amazing and ready to accommodate with you. I have been a regular with Kaya for almost a decade now (I have lost count) both for skin and hair therapy. They are very professional and the products and therapy very effective for all age categories. The therapy is advised by a Dermatologist and hence very safe. However the final credit goes to the therapist- Sonam being one of the best.

Laser hair removal sessions not effective at all for my daughter and I. My doctor in France was quite puzzled when I told him about it.

I am a regular client of Kaya from last 11 years. I am visiting Kaya Ambience although I live in Gurgaon. I visit Ambience because of thr Dr Kaur and Lilly. Both are so humble and so warm that I prefer to go all the way there. God bless them they are doing wonderful job.

Got my PRP hair treatment done here by Dr Harsimran. For the procedure that it is, she did it quite gently and painlessly. Happy with the session.

For me its a painful procedure, and i would like mention the therapist here who made it much comfortable for me. So this time it was done by SONAM from kaya. What i Loved about her that she was very sensitive about my pain reaction and made sure to comfort me in those moments, as well as adjust the procedure accordingly. Which i found really impressive. The latest Laser Machines at the center are really great in subsidizing the pain during procedure.
Also the result of the procedure are good than the last Clinic tried for the service.would definitely recommend kaya Clinic and SONAM due to great customer service.

I got prp done on my face 3 days ago. It’s been 73 hours and the reddish area has not decreased in size. They applied local anaesthetic cream on my face without doing a patch test. And now I might get permanent pigmentation on my face because of this.

I am their customer for 10 years and still waiting for results. I admit it depends on body but they are money minded people.
1. After covid they don’t inform that they will charge extra 200 rupees for the sitting after literally draining our pockets they want the PPE kit charges from us.
2. They don’t have any coordination between staff one staff tell me this is the price and scheme another deny it.
3. On phone they tell me doctor is there and when I reach the clinic doctor is gone for some last minute meeting.
I am really done now with this

The Kaya Clinic at Ambience Mall is very professionally run. Must compliment the entire staff there. Specially my practitioner Parul. She is always cheerful and puts one at ease. Always tries to help out and always goes the extra mile.
The Khan market clinic however really needs to figure out its appointment schedule. Making a client wait for two hours every visit is ridiculous and unacceptable.

The Clinic Manager Anshu and skin doctor Bhavna both are cheaters. They just act sweet and impose beauty packages. But once you have taken the package, you will never get the appointment. And even if you get the appointment they will not give you the sitting and treatment. Doctor Bhavna always has an excuse and each time you visit the clinic she will come up with some new package. Anshu and Bhavna both have have cheated big time and my almost 50k is stuck with Kaya Clinic for more than two years now. Please be careful if you ever visit Kaya. I would suggest to go for some other skin clinic.

My past experiences at kaya have been really bad but this vasantkunj clinic pleasently surprised me, hence 4 stars. The staff is warm and courteous but the doctor here is just amazingggg! She actually listen to you, and tries her best to address your issues.whereas doctors at other kaya clinics are only intrested in selling you packages and meeting targets.once you have paid up you become non existent. This rating is only coz of the doctor who is calm, patient and very genuine and professional.

They only act sweet whole selling a package. After that you will never be able to get an appointment. Rude staff.

Horribly shocked to call in order to enquire about a treatment so as to book to be told "call back in 20minutes as we're busy". What's the point of spending on marketing when you're rejecting customers that are calling in.
