I bought a package in 2021 December and from Kaya Punjabi bagh no one cares to schedule or pay attention to my concern, today its been over years since i paid the amount and still no response.
Pathetic service and moreover Kaya India whose headquarters are in mumbai they are all also useless no call are reverted, Email they hardly reply or just automated replies.
God knows how Kaya is dealing and conning.
I need help and Kaya doesn’t response so what should i do.

I was not a kind of person who will ever go for Laser. When my sister in law recommended me i was still little fussy then went for it.now I would be really thankful to her because I’ve already started getting the results just after 3 sitting.the clinic staff is super organised in terms of after sale service n especially hats off to POOJA who is doing fab job by providing not only outstanding service but a great consultation as well. I’m coming all the way from Gurugram only for POOJA’s service. I would definitely recommend it!

Suman the kaya therapist is well efficient in hair removal procedure. Very impressed by her work.

I would never recommend anyone to take service from Kaya (specially from this branch). I've bought laser hair reduction package which was extreme waste of money given they used wrong heat settings and I saw no results. The team does not even hear to your complaints and loot the customers in every possible way. I have recorded proofs of team accepting that there is no visible hair reduction but still the whole team is so unprofessional to not take any further steps about it. I have had multiple conversations with team leader, doctor and Pooja but everyone is negligent towards the complaint.
I highly discourage people to spend their hard earned money on such a fraud company.

Even if they say to contact helpline via email but they don’t respond. I have tried multiple times and they just sent me a standard email to but more services. Truly pathetic. Talked to alot of people and came to know they have running legal cases and still no shame.
