Excellent Rental Services, been using their services since almost 7-8 months.
Never had any problems been very corporative and adjusting especially employees and the owner very warm behavior.

1. I secured a 2023 Toyota Hybrid at a competitive rate of Rs 4500 per day for a 9-day period.
2. I gave Mr. Surya Prakash advance notice regarding my family's arrival at IGI T3 terminal from the USA.
3. The car delivery person mistakenly went to the departure gate, causing an hour of inconvenience before reaching the correct location- arrival.
4. The delivered car deviated significantly from the pristine condition depicted in the video and photos, showing extensive damage, dirt, and heavy smoke. I have video evidence documenting its actual state.
5. The car arrived with an empty fuel tank and low tire pressure, prompting a post-midnight search for a petrol pump after a 30-hour journey from the US to Delhi with my wife and 3-year-old son.
6. Despite the daily rate of Rs 4500, the car's backup camera was dysfunctional, making it unsuitable for backing up or rearview purposes.
7. The car had an undisclosed speed limit of 80km/hour, proving inconvenient on highways where the car speed limit is 100km/hour. It was really annoying, to say the least.
8. While the return process went smoothly, the security deposit refund from Kayra Cabs required over a week and multiple follow-ups.
9. Car cleaning charges were deducted from the security deposit, despite the car not meeting the promised standards of cleanliness and being smoke-free.

Overall, I regret choosing car from this place. The cars was in poor condition (dented/scratched all around), with dirty upholstery and a strong smell of smoke. In hindsight, I should have heeded to the negative reviews and avoided subjecting my family to a subpar car for 9 days at Rs 4500/day.

I have taken a maruti swift for 1 day and returned it after 36 hours (1.5) day approx. I agree that I got delayed and they deducted ½ security amount as per policy but they have not yet acknowledged the issue which made me delayed - the car's steering was bubbling and vibrating aggressively which got me delayed. I informed their team memeber Neeraj Singh that I am getting issue but no resolution was given to me. Pathetic experience. Also, all positive reviews are fake. They have purchased these review for 40 rupees per review. Its just marketing gimmick they are doing. Please dont rent car from them.

Worst experience they are liar and not cooperative. They don't give my secruity refund. I m very disappointed to their team as well as their owner

Totally made up for our experience at the Kayra Cabs in Delhi, we were happy with the comfortable car and service on such short notice. Bringing the car was also quick and pick up was swiftly, Professional guys overall and deposit should be back in 4 days not in 6th days.
Very pleased! Will be renting again in the future:)

Didn't refund my security. Make different excuses after returning the car. Very bad first experience with kayra cabs. I took xuv500 give 10000 security but the company returned only 6500 and that too after almost 2 months after many follow-ups. They promise to return the security within 7 days. Also I have recharged the fast tag and that left money also was not returned. Very bad service and also the people dealing with you are very rude as if we are obliged by taking car from them. I'll suggest not to go with this company as per my experience.

Kayra cabs from Delhi has ripped us with over 13k. We had hired two cars and one of which had no number plate. We were told it was a new vehicle and it’s ok to take inter state. We were charged 5k fine at Chandigarh and Kayra cabs refused to pay up. Too many hidden charges and they refused to cooperate. Overall, their service is terrible and would not recommend anyone to hire their cars. Highly disappointed!

Worst experience ever. These guys have not refunded my security deposit of 5000 yet. When I asked them the reason, they just said that I did over speeding (above 120km/h), when I asked them to show me a proof, nobody responded and even stopped answering calls. I only asked the tracking details so at least I would know what I am losing my money for. Especially owner, (Surya Prakash) assured me that he will share the details. 4 months passed, still waiting for a response or my refund.

Very poor service. At first they will behave very properly and at the time of security refund they never give your security. Please don’t trust this guy.

I come from Goa and had a 2 weeks company training in greater Noida. We had the Sunday off in between so 7 of us decided to visit Agra and we booked a Scorpio with Kayra cabs. The vehicle was promptly delivered to us on the time we requested by the driver Vikash who is very friendly, of course for a charge of 550 rupees which I felt is minimal as the vehicle came from 62 kms away and the same amount to return the car. In 4 days I got my security deposit as promised by the owner and no deductions were made. Thank you Kayra cabs

Do not trust the positive reviews here. The owner promised to send an XUV500 car but instead he sent an ertiga. He wont accept his mistake of giving a different car but will blame things on us. We had to take the car because we did not have any other option. The condition of the car was okay but the the carrier installed on the top was not fit properly. They carrier was shaking throughout the trip. They did not send the documents of the car, did not recharge the fastag and did not share the bank details of fastag recharge. We had to pay double toll amount everytime because of them. The employee who came to deliver the car told its okay to give 5k as a deposit. We met with a small accident while coming back and paid the full charges for that. They owner refused to send the refundable security deposit saying that the damage costs are more than expected and you have challans (but he did not share the bills nor the screenshots of challans).

Very bad experience. Please do not trust these people. They won't send you the security deposit after you return the car. Now the owner will reply to this message blaming us again. Please be careful before booking cars with these people.

I was travelling from Hyderabad and I have booked a xuv500 and pick up was from Delhi airport we had to go to Manali and kasol. Firstly didn’t get the car which we have asked for they have delivered different car ertiga to us after reaching the pickup point and told some silly reasons that this is also good one, that car went out nd all, even after asking they didn’t reduce the amount also, the car was also not in good condition all sounds from the car, we had no choice other that taking that car since we have travelled from so far and also no other alternatives and too much of documentation process, after taking the vehicle no proper response from the people for any questions, no physical documents regarding the car were given to us all were sent in WhatsApp, advance deposit amount will not be given immediately after handovering the car they will send us after 1 week it seems, as it is a rental car there should be yellow number plate and there was no yellow number plate for the car for which we had been stopped several times in other state borders where we had to manage the cops, and finally no proper way to deal with the customers. And after coming back to hometown on call they saying reasons like challans, over speeding etc… and keeping back the deposit money without sending.

Response is very bad and vehicle condition is good and maintenance is very bad while dropping vehicle atleast clean the vechicle inside for god sake to getting back my security refund still struggling and finding best ways to work on that….

They make people fool as they take money from people as security and dont return it back with excuses dont take any car from them

Fraud service provider and they will provide third class cab facility and will take your money and will doing wrong things with your documents.
