I bought a lehnga for my brother's wedding a few months ago. While making the purchase, my sister and I were skeptical about the lehnga material and durability. And thus, we discussed this at length with the salesperson and a few of them, not just one. They confirmed that the quality is top class and they will obviously finish it, which is a normal process for all the lehngas you buy from the shops. They guaranteed the best quality. I finally purchased the Lehnga and wore it at my brother's wedding. As soon as I wore the Lehnga, its material started coming out. It was very embarrassing, and in the next 30 minutes, I had to change my outfit.

We went back to the shop and shared this experience with the shopkeeper. In the first instance, the shopkeeper, especially a woman, misbehaved with us, saying we spoiled it and that they won't do anything about it. This shop is very renowned in the area, which was the only reason we bought an expensive lehenga. We were disheartened and kept trying to explain them. As I was working, I did not have much time to argue with that woman. I discussed the issue with another person, and he said they would try to replace it with the new and the same stuff that got torn. Now so many months have gone, and they are being rude and not agreeing to do anything about it. They are saying they can't do much about it and giving solutions like they will take out stuff from Chunni and put it on Lehnga and whatnot.

I was given a defective piece and want the money back now.

Worst ever experience of my life. Noone bothered to even help you with the material. The salesmen were busy with their phones. Such rude behaviour from them.
Skip going there. Hastkala has 100 times better collection and such helpful staff

Fabric shopping is an addiction and to keep it going this place serves the purpose. It has the most amazing collection of cottons, chanderi, silks, net, georgette and every fabric you can actually imagine. I loved the place and if you have to shop for weddings this is the place.

Even though I am not much of a shopper, I can't help but get super excited by all the displayed fabric.

Waste of time as it is too very expensive and you have to find on your own, the staff will not show you anything even after telling them, the staff is getting salary for no work.

Pathetic.very rude and then they say that they treat ppl like home. I bought a dress material and due to some reason I wanted to change it. I called and requested them to plz change it, they rudely hang up the phone without listening my concern. Highly disappointed

I bought a cloth that layer turned out to be not something that worked. I called and explained my situation, mentioning clearly that I want to exchange it because with doesn't work for the costume I intended to make for a dance. The material was untouched and the man on the reception said I could bring it back with the bill and get it exchanged. After I went there, the peoole at th desk were absolutely horrible and completely refuses having agreed to exchanging. I even showed the call records but they plainly refused to exchange it saying they never said anything of that sort.
