They do not delete name from contact list of prospective customers who are "not interested". All day, multiple times, they use to call same contact to sell their product and this is resulting very frustration and disappointment.
Seriously they are wasting their as well customer's time. Even they will surely lose any hope contact who may be interested in future.

Those prospective customers who indicate they are "not interested" have their names maintained on file. In a very annoying and disappointing attempt to sell their product, they used to call the same contact multiple times during the day. They are genuinely wasting the time of both their clients and themselves. They will definitely give up on ever getting in touch with anyone who might be interested in the future. By selling their product over the phone and violating the TRAI guidelines, they are harassing the public.

Wrost software of my career. Attenadance sync issue, ticket alloaction issue, if employees punch multiple that will show absent. Any one employee can close ticket of any employee and many more issue. Major issue in support system. There is no support system
Very Poor service. They had to implement the software at our company in March 2022, but there are still pending issues. Team is very irresponsible and laid back. There is no customer focus authority also that reverts to customer escalation. Very poor service
Worst software. Pathetic services. No response on time whether it is chat or mail. No issue resolution provide. Same work need to be done multiple times to get it accept by software.
