A year ago I booked a massage for my sister for her birthday. Her experience was horrible. The place was under renovation, the AC was not working (the doctor came coming in and out of the room to try to fix it DURING the massage), the masseuse was ON THE PHONE, the lobby was full of workers, the place was dusty, the shower was not working, it was very noisy. No one cared about my sister.
I called the place, told them I wanted a compensation. They PROMISED me to called me back. They never did.

No serious ayurvedic place will ever do this (accept to do the massage in these conditions, promise to call you back, treat people like this.). It shows everything about the real mindset of the place.
When you are under renovation, just close your place, don't steal the money of the people.

PS: no one ever informed me while I book the massage on the phone that work was going on.

This is the centre which is run by Ayurvedic kerala foundation and has the original kerala ayurvedic treatments and have a doctor and staff who are experienced and knowledgeable people. I have been taking treatments from them for the last more than 10 years. Specially the massages and other small issues related to my health.highly recommend them

This was probably the most horrible massage I ever had in India so far. And I tried already several places. We paid for a very expensive treatment that the “doctor” recommended to us. But in the end we received a way cheaper treatment by the therapists as they confirmed later. My eyes burned by the oil, they didn’t cover them in advance.
Please do never go to this place. There are so many friendly and honest people in India who earn there money with faith and passion. But they don’t!
Very unfriendly and unfaithful treatments that are completely overpriced. We asked for a small refund which they completely denied.

Responding to the owner's response to my earlier review: Some lies, and then more. We never came 10 minutes earlier, but rather on time advised by Mr Jaya, however your team was not ready and only start preparing for the treatment once we reached. Let us not stoop so low as to manufacture lies against a customer. Quite sickening that instead of apologizing on the review you are being nasty and dishonest. And moreover you are protecting a man who was cheaply staring at women and then tried to act smart, what sort of people are you! Stop lying to protect a cheap and sick man. Your door lock had an issue and now you're claiming that the door was locked and he knocked - i am shocked that you are just making up petty lies! My mother went through the horror and she is an old lady, so please have some shame!

And as for the first complaint in eleven years - well I don't think that is any reason to denounce a customer's complaint. If there has been a bad incident, even if for the first time, try to correct it. I think you all aren't trained to manage such situations.

Bless the people who get treated from this sham place! Absolutely sickened by the response and earlier behaviour of the staff. Can't believe people who believe in Ayurveda can be so nasty. I am glad we did not continue treatment at your sham centre. God bless you.

Had a horrible experience at Kerala Ayurveda. Not safe as one cleaning boy stares cheaply and also tried to enter toilet when being used by my mother. Staff was informed and they did not take any action against him. The lady who sits at reception said he did nothing wrong and instead started blaming me, saying she did not ask us to come there. Sad to see a woman saying all this! She is extremely rude. She also lied by initially saying that the boy is not their employee. We only found out truth through other staff.
Asked them to refund advance payment money (significant amount) and medicine purchase. It’s been two days and the refund has not happened, thereby further harassing me.
Would not recommend to people who believe in Ayurveda as it is a business they are running and not following any values encouraged in Ayurveda.

A very good place for all kinds of Ayurvedic massage and treatments. You may also consult a doctor before having your massage. Very polite and professional staff.

They are god for me. I was suffering from L3, L4 and L5 pain and very bad pain.i could not even get up.they cured me in 1 month, bestest of best

I called this place ahead of time and gave them a heads up that I will be about 30 minutes late to the appointment. This place came recommended by a therapist and I drove from sonepat for a massage. So 90 minutes of driving later and finding a spot to park my car the desk person sweetly refused to let me in. And told me since I was 15 minutes late (12 in reality) they can’t accommodate me.
Worst sort of waste of time.
Pity. They lost a business and some good recommendations.
