KFC Food is same everywhere in NCR, (Menu) Here service is quick and staff were courteous. The sitting arrangement is as part of Food Court area, so depending on crowd you will get the seats.

Located in a not so popular mall, you always tend to find place to enjoy your meal here. The service is quick. The ambience is good. The iron chairs give it a different look, but aren't particularly comfortable. The quality of the food is good as one would expect from any KFC joint.

One of the worst kfc outlet poor service. They say hot and cripsy only means wings. Very much wrst.really pathetic once they told we give 12 pcs which consists of 8pcs leg and 4pcs boneless and after we start arguing they tell mix reheta hai speak to manager. Cashier and executive of this outlet is worst then anything. Takeaway packing charging 5rs but not propely packed. Never again will visit this outlet or KFC. You put nice wowsome pictures to sell but when you provide you give ants in it.i know you will not see this ignore it but you are worst buddie.

KFC is considered hygienic and good every where, but yesterday i had my kfc chicken at the Connaught place Kfc restuarant and it has lead to Acute Gastro Enteritis (vomiting and diarrhea) the whole night, and still continuing. Had to skip my work. Did not expect this from Kfc

Very poor service. Staff behaves clueless if you put forward any issue. Many times they have served reheated and refried stuff and upon asking to change they keep you waiting and their seniors never respond.

As usual taste is good of KFC. Staff is so good and supportive also. Cleanness get full points since as soon as the table gets vacated, it gets cleaned by the duty staff. Mostly all billing counters works at rush hours or on weekends. Waiting time is not too much.

The staff is incompetent.waiting time is too much.today I ordered a Super Savings combo in which there are 16 chicken pieces was provided with only 14.coke is full of ice and tastes watery

This wednesday, it was too crowded. I got the order after 45 minutes. It was awful.staff members looked so exhausted.not even empathetic for the order being delayed. I stood in the que for 45 minutes.just imagine.worst experience ever @KFC vasant kunj square mall.

Chicken smells very bad. Moreover it doesn't even tastes like chicken. These people are playing with people's health. Taste of food is third class.

Nice place to spend some time with your family and friends. Best part of this outlet is Most staff are differently able at this outlet which is very nice initiative from KFC to help these people. In private sector most companies do not prefer such people for customer service or at front desk. But at this store they are being preferred which is best part of this outlet. They are giving there best here and handling customers quite nicely. All are very helpful and enjoying there work here. All range of items available here from KFC. Vegetarian and non- vegetarian options are available. You will always get good, hot and fresh food here. As it is in my near by so I visit here very often with family. After a getting tiered of long family shopping at Big Bazar which is also inside the same mall this a nice palace to chill out. Every time I got the same gesture from the staff. At the evening time it gets crowded usually though it's your luck. Nice and big outlet as Almost 50 persons seating capacity is available here. It's very 1st shop near the entrance of the mall and easily accessible n noticable. A common washrum is also available inside the outlet.

Foodie and nonveg fan? This place is for you. You can use Nearby or little app vouchers and get the best deal

Waste place with no taste. I was curious about KFC when I visited this place first time I just hate this place. I will never going to visit this place in my future too.

Pretty decent staff. The food is not great though. I've been visiting them for a long time now but for some reason each time I go there the quality of the food keeps on getting worse. Why do I always go there you ask? Well, sometimes you just have no other choice.

Food is good, but the outlet is not ready for rush hours on Saturday Sunday Holidays. Takes too much time/ long queues

I ordered at 8 pm and was delivered at 0930pm. Very poor service and no one could tell me when will the order come. Very poor response from a big chain like KFC
