27th Nov 2023,10: 28 pm, it’s disheartening to see a restaurant chain work like this. No machines working, they only want cash. I had to move on from KFC Epicuria. There is no effort put in to work upon resolving this issue, they all seem cool with a customer walking off the counter. Bad customer service, bad practice. Sad every time you be here their systems aren’t working. I had to walk out empty handed.

Today is wednesday now time is 18: 57 not available of peri peri bucket very poor experience, we have face so many problems in kfc i am loyal customer of kfc but i am yo move in other food chain, i came from rohini sec 16, i will never recommend any one to come to kfc

The KFC counter at Epicuria Mall’s food court is one of its more popular kiosks. They serve all the usual range of chicken (and some vegetarian) dishes, along with permutations like burgers, nuggets, biryani, and so on. Quick service, good food, and good value for money.

The veg zinger burger was good. The chicken zinger burger was heavily fibrous and so was the chicken strips. Not a good experience.

I hired Homofix to install my new oven and they did a great job. They were professional and efficient, and they made sure everything was up and running before they left.

Ordered two items through Zomato, KFC packed the items but one item was missing. I reported it immediately but the item was not sent and money was also not refunded. Don't pay in advance they skip items and then if you have time you can go fight and get your item or refund but if you are a working professional with limited time then only order COD and pay after checking the order. OTHERWISE YOU WILL END UP LOSING MONEY.

Place is too crowded atleast on weekend. Service was ok, but food was awesome. For kfc lovers, try chizza for sure.

I  selected the delivery option in your app an and I did the payment they were the option was showing was take away. I tried calling kfc lots of time but the were not serious about the concerns I sleapt without food that night just because of you fault. No one called me from there side it was the me only who was calling
I called 4 times on the kfc Nehru palace landline number 4 times but no one received the call on the 5th time one of the female staff. Worst experience won’t recommend you guys to go there the haven’t refunded my amount and it’s a 3rd day they only know how to irritate customers

Wow! KFC is really lowering the bar when it comes to food delivery and customer service. A week ago I did not receive my order through Zomato even after waiting for over 2 hours because of rush at the outlet. Today, I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves and reached their Nehru Place outlet. It was 11: 50 so I asked the person at the counter how long it would take to open. He literally said, and I quote, "Main opening time nahin de sakta, abhi mere paas bahaut saare deliveries hain, " in the rudest manner possible. Then he just turned and walked away. I don't understand how this food chain is still functioning with such low standards. Never had such horrible experiences with any fast food chains within the space of a week. The management would've been sued in any other country. I've attached pictures but I don't expect anything from the incompetent management of this worthless brand anymore.

This is what they call Peri Peri Chicken strips! They've just rolled it in red chilli powder unnecessarily! Seriously? This is what peri peri means? They could've used something like McDonald's uses for their peri peri fries, they better rename this to red chilli powder chicken strips as this is not peri peri! KFC India is just a waste of money!

Staff is impolite, and the sevice is slow.
Have to always pay cash, no other digital payment method is there which is a real inconvenience.

Placed a bulk order for a party. Everything was delivered timey even though on a short notice. Co-operative staff.

Food is really really tasty. I order a couple of combos and beverages everything tastes good but taxes are a bit painful here.
Burger, hot and crispy chicken, fries, nuggets everything is so awesome. But my foreign friend found it a bit spicy that's all.
Packaging is just normal, just didn't understand why they took package charges when they gave the exact same thing even in takeaway and dine in. This is ridiculous.
Apart from taxes and hidden charges everything was cool here. Got bunch of tomato ketchup, chill sauce, and spices to add on. Could have given something extra for the money I paid. I didn't find few combos online that are actually exists in store.

Over priced.food quality good but it’s overpriced.i tried rice bowl and it was not upto the mark

Chilled bottle water was not available. Only one billing counter was open making it a huge queue to build up. Overall food was good. KFC plz thnk abt it.

The food court at this metro station is an out of the world experience. It’s full of the young energy and all buzz. The KFC is the best I have gone to in all Delhi. Very tasty and filling.

Always a KFC fan and moreover a big food court to sit and eat without any problem. Those crunchy chicken crust always been my favourite and moreover doesn't take much time to serve the order. The only con about this place is for which I'm not giving 5 rating is because there is no dedicated seat for KFC, it is a food court with different food joints and have to find place to sit which makes it difficult to sit and there is also rush in the peak hours for lunch and dinner. People have to wait to find seat, so please avoid in the peak hours.

I really love this place because of the mouth watering food. They have good seating arrangement as well.

I ordered for my wednesday big meal the KFC wasn’t very busy soon a group of guzs come and order n we were sitting right infront of them we kept on waiting for more than 15 minutes but the group that came after us get their food but not us so we go to check n wen we reach the counter the same guy is like do u wanna order more and we were like we haven’t got our first order.no courtesy of even saying sorry they give us the chicken but said wait for the fries.we were hungry n started eating the chicken but there was no signs of the fries after waiting again for 10 minutes we again go and ask.the fries aren’t even made.wow what a service.if this is KFC in India sorry not going to any KFC.slow and bad service at nehru place KFC.wish had gone to nandos

Always a great place for visit. Hunger is fully satisfied and at a good cost! Nice, clean and tasty food awaits!

Veg Zingers were just Ok.not much liked by my kid. McD veg burgers have been rated better by him. French fries were good so rated 4

I liked KFC a lot, I go to KFC 2-3 times a month, very good environment.
Reasonable eatables.

Oredered online at 3pm for 5pm delivery. After so many calls I only get delivery now at 7: 36pm.useless.
