KFC

I placed an order on 14.10.2023 amounting to Rs. 587.25/-. The order was not succesful but the amount was debited from my account. I raised a conplaint 3 times already but sadly, the money has not been refunded till date.

It seems this restaurant is a fraud. One needs to be careful ordering from this restaurant.

The pricing is a bit Higher but the food always soothes me while I'm actually hungry 'hungry', always the best of the food, just a request, give discounts, I'll be your regular customer

The employees were well organised and helpful. There is an option where We can even order by ourself instead of standing on the queue and pay it through online.

Worst staff such a unprofessional staff less chicken strips in my large chicken bucket plus they are so negligible towards their work showed in their body language that they are not bother for their responsibilities

This place is awesome, the kFC was too good specially the smokygrill, the service is excellent. I love it.

I was a fan of KFC. But not anymore. Why you guys delivered me old food anyway. You people are the reason why I have uninstalled Zomato. Disgusting

Not all credit cards work. No Amex. It’s the National capital and KFC. Really poor on their behalf. And shamelessly says nahi chalta. It’s their responsibility to provide all options of payment to Customers.

I was craving hot crispy chicken, so dropped in at this one to do a take away for popcorn chicken.
I requested the person at the counter to make sure it’s hot. Despite saying it thrice, he was ignorant to the request and it was ice cold when I opened the box in the car.
The place didn’t have a single customer in. The least he could do is pay some heed to 1 customer’s request.
My advice- change the staff or shut it.
If I was there, I would’ve literally given a piece of my mind to the person across the counter- it was his lucky day.

Pathetic service for a single order, waiting time is 15 to 20 minutes, whereas in other outlets it takes only five minutes

No one is ready to take orders. Stood there for 15 minutes. Reason? They had too many orders pending and only 1 guy taking new orders and preparing them. Like seriously? Severly understaffed. Most of the staff was chilling in kitchen.

This place is a scam when it comes to online delivery.we placed our order and it never got delivered.and even the restaurant manager is not picking up the call

Visited for the first time today though I've passed it many times. Located in the PVR Priya building right next to the entrance and adjacent to the Starbucks. From the outside, it looks quite tiny but there's quite a bit of space inside since it goes in quite a bit. The whole place seems very detached, though, with none of the hustle and bustle one has come to expect in QSRs though that could well have been because there wasn't much of a crowd.
Tried out a maggi with popcorn chicken since I was in need of some hydration and maggi is usually watery. Unusual combination, but OK. The menu seems to have fewer combos and items than other KFCs, though I might be wrong on that count. I popped over to the website while i was there and found that one could order online while sitting in the restaurant and get some good offers to boot. Next time, then

Ordered online food from here food was good but they put less quantity maybe KFC dish is small but taste was good.

The ladies at the front office doesn't speak English at all!
Last week we ordered a basket of 8 big pieces of chicken (take away). My husband and I left to attend something, we asked our son to collect it.
When he arrived at home we realized that they gave us 8 small pieces of stripes.

And it was for the dinner.
Now we where forces to quickly cook late at night.

Very Very disappointed.
We paid for something, we got something else.
And it was very complicated to place our order since they don't speak English
