I like their chicken bucket, rice bowl, burgers. I feel sad they have discontinued their smoothies among which chocolash was my all time favourite.

Good place to hang out for small group of ppl, wont suggets this place if you are more than 5 guys

Sometime I felt that this can be cheap so I can take more, but they all have fixed rates, I tried only veg items so few of them loosing few ingredients due to which it directly impacting taste but also high price, so this disappointed me too much and beside this I got all good.

Ihave been eating dishes with KFC since 8 yrs but this time I got the worst experience from their staff. They were rude and negligence behaviour. I was eating in their premises and they told me that once food is despence then they have no worries about the guest. Doesn't matter how guest feel and taste about the food. It's only about selling dishes. There should be some courtesy after giving the guest order. Will never visit again good by KFC thanks for serving

It was located in city centre mall, dwarka sector 12 metro station. Very cool andcalm place, I liked it.

Every time order something through Zomato, 1-2 items are ALWAYS missing! This has happened on last 5 instances. Every time items worth 400-600 rupees are always missing. When I contact Zomato support, they say "please consider this an exception". This is highly unprofessional! Not to mention the delivery guys NEVER have their masks. No hygiene protocol is followed! This is just unacceptable. Hoping for a response, else I'll have to contact further authorities for the stolen Rs 1300 by KFC/Zomato.
This is just outrageous from brand names like these. Highly dissatisfied!

Ordered a KFC big 12 bucket online through zomato. It should have been 6 hot n crispy and 6 hot wings.but what I got was some random cut and half cut pieces.some small like chicken Tikka.
An unpleasant experience.totally unprofessional for a brand name like this.
Forced to give that single star.frankly speaking dont even feel like giving dat.

Never ever order mingle bucket! There is a huge difference between the quantity measure as well as taste!

I used to eat from this place.i love kfc.but whenever i ate from sec12 kfc i got stomach problem. First time i cud not get it.but it happens 3 times in a row.then i realize.that it was kfc.

Chicken is good. Common seating area in the food court.

Prompt services despite of high traffic in the store. Loved the chicken wraps along with regular chicken popcorns.

KFC crushers are a must try, choco lash being my personal favourite.
You can also try rice bowls and hot and crispy chicken in a very budget price. They also have various buckets to try on

Chicken is delicious, as usual. Service is fast. Place is clean. Always busy but ready to serve you as fast as possible.

The worst taste ever on this kfc outlet. Ordered 5 pcs smokey grilled. There were chunks of blood on the outer layer of chicken and were dry from inside. Not juicy like served on other kfc outlets. Maybe i ordered in the morning at 11: 30, so i got the leftover peices from yesterday. Worst experience.

Fast billing, good food. Really tasty. A bit crowded and there are other shops nearby. Bit noisy

I like super saver combo more because it consist of 1 longer and some chicken popcorn and popcorn is my favourite

Do not order from them neither on their own webpage nor on zomato as after 1 hour of ordering when u are waiting for the food they tell u that they haven't even received the order. As per zomato senior executives KFC employees eat the food themselves and show the order as refunded. Pathetic and shameful. Morons.

Service is very slow. Had to wait 20 minutes to get 8 chicken wings. Even when counters are closed they do not put the closed counter sign and the customer are worthlessly standing the the closed counyer queue withing knowing that the counter is closed.

The seats are not as comfortable as other halls having similar pricing. Plus, they kept the Air conditioning off in the hall till the movie had well started, which made the hall stuffy.

Sector 9 KFC is good. You get the usual KFC taste and the space above is pretty neat and cozy too!

This location on Youree Dr used to have the best food. Now I have made my last purchase at this location. I was the only in line at the drive thru 12: 00pm. I ordered 2 piece white and the chicken tasted old and was so greasy. Apparently employees do not give a flip how your food is presented. The bottom of the box was not even folded and put together and the food fell out in the plastic bag.
Overall food quality was good but staff was not upto the mark.

As usual all the KFC outlets offer the same food — tasty, finger licking good! This is a tiny outlet in City Center, Dwarka. Weekends are usually crowded! Great place for people staying in and around the area.

Worst experience everytime. I went there only 5 times in my life. Burger king, pizza hut and subway are best

It was pretty good.but you have to tell them if you want your chick to be spicy.they put a very less amount of spices in the spicy chicken itself. Overall, nice experience and fast service! Staff is also really nice and patient.

The service was terrible. We had to wait for over an hour for a single burger even though it was not a busy time at all. They kept telling us it would be ready in 5 minutes and I'm the end they didn't even apologise or say anything regarding this in any way whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Food is pretty good there. Chicken burger is easily the most liked item on the menu. Cold drinks in there are quite costly, but plenty of places to buy cold drinks nearby. KFC pesents wide variety of dishes and pretty much covers anything and everything chicken.

I ordered hot and crispy & hot wings. And i saw that the restro serves stored food which is not fresh at all.
I told them about it so they told me to wait for 20 minutes. After that they gave me fresh hot wings which is appreciated but the hot and crispy was not fresh and not crunchy. I love to eat KFC food but this time i highly disappointed.
